Pros:

Le personnel est très gentil, souriant et disponible que ce soit à la réception comme pour l'entretien des chambres.
Le petit déjeuner est très bon avec des produits frais.
Le thé citron - gingembre est une belle découverte.
La chambre est très spacieuse ainsi que la salle de bain. L'eau chaude est appréciable.
Thé et café sont disponibles dans la chambre.
La climatisation est indispensable et fonctionne très bien.
Il est parfaitement situé, proche de tout, proche du marché de nuit.
Je recommande.

Cons:

La literie est peu trop dur pour mon mari, alors que je l'ai appréciée.
Un petit réfrigérateur aurait été bien.

Pros:

Hotel ligt gelegen in het centrum. Personeel is erg vriendelijk. Veel keuzes voor ontbijt. De douche was gescheiden van de wc.

Cons:

Kamer zag er niet uit als de foto's. Er zat veel schimmel op het plafond, de lampen en muren. Het rook ook heel muf in de kamer. De lakens waren ook niet schoon. Zaten hier en daar best war vlekken.

Erg gehorig. De stadsgeluiden vond ik niet erg. Maar er werd enorm geschreeuwd in het hotel en met deuren geslagen. Die klonk echt hard door.

Pros:

Property was accommodating for my late check in time off the sleeper bus. It was also located about a 4 minute walk from the bus station which was helpful because it was raining. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

I would have appreciated more responsiveness over WhatsApp/the Booking.com messaging system.

La amabilidad de la familia y los gatitos y el perrito que tienen . Si tu idea es pasar unas horas porque vienes de autobús nocturno está bien .

Pros:

Posizione strategica vicino alle fermate dei pullman e a 10 min a piedi dal centro.
Colazione ottima, sia dolce che salata.

Cons:

Tanta muffa nella stanza, l'aria era irrespirabile.
Credo sia un problema comune a Sapa, ma non viene fatto nulla per risolverlo.
Detto ciò, la mia camera aveva la finestra sul muro dell'edificio accanto, ovvero era inutilizzabile e l'aria non girava. Altre stanze hanno la finestra sulla strada quindi la luce del sole e l'aria fresca entrano, forse hanno meno problemi di muffa.
Consiglio: impostate il condizionatore su "health", la qualità dell'aria migliorerà

Более менее тихий переулок, есть балкончик. Завтраки вполне хорошие.

Would not sleep there ever again
Cons:

Moisture stains on the wall, old toothpaste stains on the bathroom counter and hair in the bed. Room had clearly been poorly (not) cleaned. Disappointing
