Great host. Good location
Pros:

Great location and comfortable. Carolyn was a great host and her instructions were excellent.

Cons:

People next door partied till 5am so we had very little sleep. Hard to rate the property as this really put us off. Carolyn was very responsive to our complaints the next day but still didn’t help a poor nights sleep after a delayed and late Melbourne flight.

Nice room, big tv and a comfortable bed in a nice block

Cons:

Could do with a sink in the main room.
Balcony overlooked the back of the blocks

Mouldy room that owner switched my booking without my consent
Pros:

Private owner not Regis Park City Quay which I didn't know. I booked the large open lounge room with mountain views and separate bedroom. Owner changed my booking to small mouldy smelling room without my knowing. I told owner she said its only for one night, i said that doesn't matter I should get the room I booked. She took money out of my credit card 3 weeks before for a room I didn't book. This is fraud.
I also told her the bedroom and bathroom smell mouldy when which is not healthy, she just said I'll spray some spray around to get rid of smell. Room was dirty. Noisy. Do not recommend.

I didn't receive the room I booked.

Well equipped spacious apartment with acces to rooftop pool. Excellent location.
Pros:

The location was excellent. The apartment had everything you needed in terms of appliances and was generously sized. Excellent shower.

Cons:

Some of the kitchen cabinetry required maintenance and perhaps a more thorough clean. Cutlery drawer for example.

Pros:

The whole experience was amazing.. the apartment had everything you would ever need plus more. So clean, very comfortable bed and great location and very reasonable rates.
