Cons:

He accepted the non ac room booking from booking.com, when I reached he said he dont have non ac room and only ac room are here and charges are 900 extra. This is not acceptable, If i booked non ac room and its accepted than how dare he said this.

Booked a normal room after reaching there are no non AC rooms left and had to take an AC room with extra cost. For the water bottle will have to pay extra

Cons:

I felt unsafe the place was unhygienic. Bed was not cleaned from months...No dusting. After booking they showed me rooms when I called the property on video call but when reached they denied giving room which I selected over Video call stating that it was double the price a paid. Unprofessional, No one took the responsibility when I said then was the intention behind showing me room when it was not as per my terrif?? Worst experience ever.
