Pros:

Fomos bem atendidos e recebidos. O quarto é confortável, as instalações são boas e tudo é bem limpinho. Café da manhã simples, mas bem completo. O hotel fica bem em frente ao Terminal Santana (trem e ônibus), há farmácias, mercados e lanchonetes próximas.

A localidade, apesar boa pelos serviços, não é muito bonita

Excelente custo beneficios, com boa acomodação e localizacao
Pros:

Hotel é novo, com boas acomodações e ótimo espaço. Ponto de onibus e metro na porta, facilitando a locomoção. Rua é facil de pegar uber. Recomendo o bastante, toda a equipe foi muito solicita, educada e prestativa.

Cons:

Isolamento acustico do quarto pode ser melhor. Fiquei em um quarto no fundo, então não tive muito incomodo com barulho do onibus, em compensão te barulho de hospedes chegando ou saindo.
