Great location, but bring your own pillows.
Pros:

Each room had its own kitchenette with microwave, kettle, hob, fridge etc which was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was amazing for Richmond, only a short walk to anywhere.

Cons:

The only issue we had, and this is somewhat down to personal taste as it didn't bother our kids at all who stayed in another room , was that the bed was extremely firm and the pillows have as much support as a folded towel. Both my wife and I woke up with aching necks. Also, the walls are quite thin, you could hear people on the stairs and water running in the next room.

Great location. Accomodation basic
Pros:

The location was excellent

Cons:

Three floors up, no lift, although I had asked for a pet friendly room. One chair between two people. One towel each for a two night stay. Cooker smelled of food.
