Cons:

1. Dishonest and Inflexible Management
The hotel is completely dishonest. Due to an unexpected emergency, I needed to change my dates or cancel my booking. I called the hotel to ask if this was possible since I booked through Booking.com. The staff lied to me, claiming they couldn't do anything because "Booking.com's system doesn't allow changes." However, when I contacted Booking.com customer service, they confirmed that the decision was entirely up to the hotel.
When I called the hotel back, they finally admitted the truth: they simply didn't want to change it. They completely wasted my time—if they had just been honest from the start, it would have been fine. Their policy is completely inflexible and lacks empathy. They only care about taking customers' money.
2. Misleading Parking Information
The description claims they offer "free parking," but they fail to mention they only have 6 spots. The spaces are incredibly tight and extremely difficult to maneuver into. If you don't arrive early, you won't get a spot and will be forced to find your own parking nearby.
3. Unsafe Location
The location feels very unsafe. There is a strip club right below the hotel, and there are many sketchy individuals loitering around the area at night. I highly advise solo female travelers or all-female groups against staying here.
4. Constant Noise Disruption
The soundproofing in the rooms is terrible. To make matters worse, they play music in the hallway 24/7 without stopping. I could hear it loud and clear while trying to sleep.
5. Unsanitary Bedding with Bugs
I am allergic to dust, and I started feeling itchy the moment I lay on the bed. On my first day, I lifted the pillow and found a bug underneath it. It was absolutely disgusting and clearly not properly cleaned.

Pros:

I stayed in the Bad and Boujee room and it was so spacious, clean, comfortable and well stocked. The hotel feels very secure and has a deck like patio.

There is video monitored parking off the alley behind the building but it is first come first serve.

Cons:

Something to note before booking is there is no onsite reception and it works similar to an Airbnb. You are provided codes for all the secure doors just before the check in time. If you are not comfortable with being independent with your travel this might not be the place for you.

Чистый номер, очень классное патио на крыше, в номере с двумя кроватями большая кухня со всем необходимым инвентарём

Cons:

Не предупредили, что нет ни одного сотрудника отеля внутри. Чтобы заехать, Вы должны получить сообщение с кодами от входа и комнат за 15 минут до 15.00, но мои друзья не получили это и должны были звонить им и выяснять причину.
И не ровный пол на втором этаже, без дополнительных знаков, поэтому приходилось всё время спотыкаться.
Также в номере розетки были только с одной стороны кровати, что создало определенные проблемы с зарядкой телефона на ночь, если ты хочешь иметь телефон с будильником рядом с собой.

Pros:

We had a fantastic week-long stay at the Bad & Bougie suite. It was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked with thoughtful amenities, including dishwasher tablets and kitchen paper. We highly recommend it and would love to stay here again.

Pros:

It was a self-check-in hotel suite. I took a little time to figure the entrance to get in. However, separated entrance offered the enough privacy. There were three rooms with simple equipped kitchen and one bathroom. The suite was clean with large space. Limited free parking space was located at back of the building. We took street car to down town which was very convenient.

Cons:

I was not aware there is no elevator to access this suite.
