Only location was fine.
The room was full of mosquitoes, and fail smell, bathroom tap was dripping. Elevator was not working and it was very inconvenient since I visited the place with my mother who has trouble climbing the stairs and hotel staff did not bother about that. They said airport shuttle is free but they asked 500 rupees when Rapido asks only 120 rupees. They asked me to cancel the online reservation at booking.com and said they will offer airport shuttle for free and add a discount but taxi was not available at the time I had to leave and no discount was applied either. Horrible sleepless night in a room full of mosquitoes. Go somewhere else.
Not worth it
Just like what was said, there was nothing there.... To sit, a chair or .. a table was not inside.. In the bathroom, nothing in particular was provided well ... Like what is shown on the website... nothing at all was there when reaching there.... With this said name... it is a hotel... that connects... It is not an environment where a family can stay...."
No table, no chair, Washroom some times no water,, finger length soap provided,, No bucket ,, If someone need... Railway stay room is better than this...

Molto vicino all'aeroporto. a 1.5 km dalla metro. camera piccola e senza appoggio bagagli (non ci sarebbe il posto) , ma per una notte va bene così. discreta pulizia

Camere învechite, tipic pentru hotelurile din Mumbai, însă ca European e greu să treci cu vederea că cum arata in poze, nu e identic cu ce găsesti. Foarte galagioasa locatia. Ambuteiajul si claxoanele se aud la orice ora din zi si din noapte, iar asta a fost deranjat pentru noi ca familie care a calatorit cu un copil de 3 ani.

Every staff member made me feel genuinely valued. The ambience was elegant yet comforting, and the service was flawless — from check-in to dining. It’s very close to International Airport and one of the best hotel with airport shuttle service. It's a good place to stay for every next day flyers.
I had a very pleasant stay at "Shine Hospitality " Group of hotel, Mumbai. It's promixity to the airport is an advantage. The Indian breakfast was good and well serviced. The rooms were clean and well taken care of.
Clean, easy check in, nice comfortable room facilities and food was good. Bed was comfortable. Great hotel for a flight the next day.

staff nice and helpful. I had a feeling something shifty was going on with the bill. I paid all cash and got a recite for 2000 prepayment and around 5000 cash. i insisted on having it written on my recite all was cash. just in case they said later that they had not received a pre payment and would be looking for it again. It probably was me being overly careful. I cat fault the hotel and also a good breakfast. The airport pick up was also very helpful,
Bed was clean and comfortable. I was looking for a location close to the airport, and that is exactly what I got (though the traffic was very bad, to get from airport to hotel in the evening).
Bathroom is not maintained well. Toilet seat old, worn out, doesn't look clean. Bidet didn't work.
Check-in took way too long - over 20 minutes (lots of waiting), which I find unacceptable.
It was a nice stay, hotel located very close to the international airport. Very professional and friendly staff especially the housekeeping and front office staff.
The staff all around was amazing and helpful. Always there to help. Location is good, near to the airport and property is Quiet and good. Food and restaurants are good. Its decently maintained though little old construction.
