Die Tagesschicht und die angerufene Hotelchefin haben das Wort Kundenservice noch nie gehört
Pros:

Durch das Upgrade von Google ein sehr schönes Appartement bekommen.
Das Bett war sehr gut.
Das Frühstück war ausreichend und sehr gut.
Das Personal von der Nachtschicht war sehr freundlich und gut.

Cons:

Der Empfang war eher schlecht. Bei der Frage nach dem Parkplatz schickte mich das Personal zum nicht übersichtlichen Hinterhaus, mit dem Hinweis, dass Sie dort auf mich wartet und die Schranke öffnet. Ich war dort, aber kein Personal. Ich ging wieder rein und bekam die Antwort ich hätte zu lange gebraucht um 4x links zu fahren. Da war ich schon leicht schlecht gelaunt.
Ich nehme eine Dusche und das ganze Bad mit WC steht unter Wasser. Danach gehe ich zur Rezeption und beanstande dies. Das Ergebnis ist, dass niemand einen Finger bewegt. Ich musste das Bad selbst trocknen. Dann kam noch die Frage, ob ich mich bei 36 Grad Außentemperatur nochmals duschen möchte.

Great stay in Podgorica! The hotel is centrally located, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had an early morning flight before breakfast was served, so the hotel kindly prepared a breakfast bag for us to take with us.
