Tolles Hotel und angenehmer urlaub

Super Lage, man ist sofort im Zentrum. Die Zimmer sind toll und sehr geräumig. Frühstück ist mehr als ausreichend, die Kuchen sind auch sehr lecker. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich

Pros:

Прекрасный отель, чистый, с хорошим современным ремонтом, очень удачно размещен на первой линии и в то же время немного в стороне от шума. Удобные номера, кондиционер, удобная кровать, хороший напор горячей воды, отличная шумоизоляция, достаточное кол-во розеток! Есть место отдыха на крыше с шезлонгами, джакузи и прекрасным видом на озеро. Завтраки вкусные, приготовленные с душой и с доброжелательным персоналом, готовыми в любую минуту помочь. Парковка есть. Рекомендую, останетесь довольны. До меня это было неожиданное открытие, что по настоящему скрасило наш отдых на озере Гарда.

Klantvriendelijkheid bij receptie en personeel bij ontbijt.

Kalter Pool, der Aussenfahrtstuhl funktionierte nicht und es fehlte der Notfallknopf, das Badetuch wurde zwei Tage
vor unserer Abreise entfernt und musste mit 5 € extra bezahlt werden und der Wechsel kostete nochmals 1 €.

Pros:

Die Lage sehr zentral, Tiefgarage kostenlos ein paar Meter entfernt. Frühstück sehr gut, selbst gebackener Kuchen, Personal total freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Alles in allem, ein sehr gepflegtes Hotel in dem man sich direkt wohl fühlt.
Für uns, ab sofort, eines der Besten in Garda :)
