Brilliant experience and worth every cent/yen.
Pros:

Nothing like your own kareoke machine, sauna and full size spa bath to make your stay comfortable. Brilliant amenities on top.

Cons:

Couldn’t find an iron though but I’m sure if I asked there would be a top of the rage one delivered in no time.

Beste Unterkunft in Shinjuku!
Pros:

Die Lage ist Außergewöhnlich direkt im Herzen von Shinjuku aber in einer kleinen ruhigeren Nebengasse.
Zur Shinjuku Station sind es nur 8min zu Fuß. Wir waren fast eine Woche hier. Preis Leistung in dem Stadtteil unschlagbar. Sehr Moderne und schön eingerichtete Zimmer. Fenster sind hinter der hölzernen wandvertäfelung die man zur Seite schieben kann. Räume sind ausgezeichnet gedämmt. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Haben es hier sehr genossen.

Pros:

I had my concerns about Kabuki due to it being a "love hotel", however I was pleasantly surprised. The features that make a love hotel good are actually good regardless of the hotel genre. Great privacy, excellent soundproofing, and the room can be completely blacked out for jetlagged travellers. Despite being a Japanese hotel, the bathroom was luxuriously spacious; I had expected something much more cramped. And when it rained, the staff offered us some umbrellas to borrow, before we could even ask ourselves 😊
