Super emplacement au cœur du quartier vibrant et animé de Shinjuku, l’hôtel n'en est pas moins calme. La salle de bain est équipée d'une gamme incroyable de produits de beautés qui on plus a ma femme. Très propre et discret.
La taille de la chambre est vraiment petite, même pour le japon, on a du empiler nos quatre valises comme on a pu.
Fantastic location, quiet room despite being in the heart of Shinjuku. Bubble and milk bath soup provided. Good quality amenities (toiletries, coffee/tea) provided. Nice bidet system. Window in room. Service staff moved our luggage into our room upon check in. Cool tv with video on demand.
Room is a little small as all the space is taken up by the bathroom. Toilet was a little smelly at times after flushing. Volume on tv was weird (soft speech and loud sound effects)

Un hotel muy céntrico con toda clase de comodidades. Habitaciones amplias con gran equipamiento. Personal muy agradable y considerado.

Sinceramente, es un love hotel. No lo pone en ninguna parte, pero tal y como entras en la recepción te das cuenta. Ello, al principio, nos echo un poco para atrás, pero luego se nos olvidó y tuvimos buena estancia. Que puedes esperar entonces? Pues alquiler de cosplay sexy, porno gratis en el televisor, olor a perfume barato en la recepción, parejas extrañas por la noche que entran y salen del edificio, habitaciones señalizadas como ocupadas o no con alta rotación, etc.
Por otro lado: jabones de primerísimas calidades, habitaciones claramente más gran de de la media japonesa (casi un 33% más grandes), camas muy cómodas, todo tipo de comodidades y electrodomésticos, televisión con chromecast, gran servicio de habitaciones, baño enorme con hidromasaje y ducha, retrete moderno separado de la zona de baño y varias cosas más.
Repetiría? Si me volviese a alojar en Kabukicho seguro.
The rooms were really nice and clean and stylish
We weren’t prepared for the area it’s in but that’s on us, it’s very busy and a bit dirtier than other areas of Japan, this isn’t the hotel’s fault it’s certainly nice inside but you should research Kabukicho before staying there lol
Nice decor, room reasonable size, spa bath, loads of products supplied in room. Location good, right in Shinjuku, not far to walk to station. Staff were so nice and happy to help. Large tv.
Bed was hard. I think this could be a cultural thing? We found it through Japan. Very little place to put our stuff, just 4 to 5 hangers on the wall. Had to take case to reception to store as nowhere in room for it to go.
Location is really bang smack in the middle of the action. Breakfast is ok. The style of the room is male Japanese I would say, which took us a little time to understand.
Staff very sweet and helpful. Very quiet hotel with elevator music in the corridors...
For us overseas tourists some recommendations on nearby eateries would have been good.
