L'emplacement de l'hôtel.

Cons:

La chambre et la salle de bain étaient petites. Par exemple, nos pieds touchent la douche lorsque nous sommes au WC.
La réservation indique un parking gratuit, or arrivé sur place nous devons payé pour pouvoir en bénéficier.
La chambre n'était pas isolé, nous entendions tout ce qu'il se passe dans le couloir et dans les chambres voisines.
La clim est éteint par le personnel en notre absence.
Concernant le rapport qualité/prix, c'est très cher pour ce que c'est.

Konumu güzel her yere yürüme mesafesindeydik. Lüks bir konaklama beklemeyin çünkü binalar eski yapı. Beklentimizi karşıladı sadece fiyatlar bu seviyedeki konaklamalara göre daha uygun olabilirdi.

La recepcionista es un amor, muy amable y paciente. Ella hace confortable el hospedaje. Tenía café, te y agua caliente a disposición todo el día

Pequeño y difícil de encontrar en la gran ciudad de Florencia. Requiere mejor indicación y visibilidad desde la calle. Estando en la misma cuadra NO se diferenciaba el pequeño letrero de otros muchos hospedajes juntos.

Cons:

There was no fly swatter, there was so many flies. Some part of the room was dusty. There was no lift. There was no personal fridge for rooms.
