Has potential… good value for money
Pros:

Stunning location. The hotel villa we stayed in was a very generous space. Tastefully designed. Stunning property in general and looks like an exciting development.

Cons:

It’s still clearly very much under construction. No signs or lighting to find reception (we arrived in the dark). Our room in the villa had some exposed cables with electrical tape at the end of them… there was no heating in the room so it was really cold at night.

Pros:

Definitely the BEST choice for us after almost 9h hiking: Valbonë to Theth! A lovely location, beautiful rooms, the views are unbelievable…
The breakfast is full of traditional tastes and also can be lovely to take on the terrace.
A special and warm thanks to Patrick. What a gentleman! He took care of us very politely and his knowledge of hospitality is in a very high level (and of course he speaks FR, DE, IT?, ENG..). Definitely one of the highest points in our holiday and a place to comeback.

Cons:

Not so recommended to go there walking. One hour it looks fine, but there’s no much walking path and it can be dangerous in the road - and as it’s always going (very) up, you might need more than the gps time to arrive.

Pros:

Devido a um problema no esgoto da casa de banho, fizeram-nos um upgrade para um quarto superior. Óptima vista. Cama confortável.

Cons:

Estrada de terra até ao estacionamento. A recepção é no bar/restaurante do hotel. Ambiente pouco profissional. Fraca qualidade dos acabamentos.

Mooie, schone kamer met fijne gastheren, maar veel bouwoverlast, weinig privacy en matige locatie.
Pros:

De kamer was schoon, het bed heerlijk en de kamer zag er mooi uit. Het avondeten was goed, het ontbijt oké, en de mensen waren ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. Het uitzicht is mooi, al heb je dat in deze streek eigenlijk overal.

Cons:

Direct buiten ons raam was een bouwplaats. Ons werd verteld dat er op dat moment niet gebouwd werd, maar we hoorden verspreid over de dag bouwgeluiden en er liepen regelmatig bouwvakkers langs ons raam (dus genieten van het bad met uitzicht zat er niet in). Mensen maakten selfies op het bouwplatform voor ons raam terwijl wij in bed lagen. De bouwvakkers waren respectvol en keken niet naar binnen, maar echt privé voelde het niet. De voordeur had openingen in de verf, waardoor je zo naar buiten (en men naar binnen) kon kijken. De badkamer had bovendien geen deur, alleen een gordijn. Verder was het zwembad leeg, was een lamel kapot en geen wifi in de kamer, en misten we een koelkast en een flesje water. De locatie van het hotel is verder mooi qua uitzicht, maar onhandig omdat het dorp ver naar beneden is (waar het uitzicht eigenlijk mooier is). Voor het bedrag dat we betaald hebben was dit verblijf het niet waard, zeker gezien de hotels in het dorp voor een derde van de prijs hetzelfde uitzicht en comfort bieden, zonder de minpunten van dit hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful, and a big part of that was thanks to Patrick. His outstanding service, kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made us feel welcome and comfortable from the very beginning.

Patrick went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to help made our experience truly special. He is a real asset to this hotel and a perfect example of what excellent hospitality should look like.

I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire restaurant team. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, attentive, and professional. Beautiful place with horrible service and food.
Pros:

I really liked the location and the stunning view. Our suite was beautifully designed.

Cons:

Starting with the rooms…the bathroom had a strong disturbing smell,the ac wasn’t working and here started the problem with the staff. We asked for the heating system to be fixed not once but four times and they did nothing. The heating system should be the main priority in the mountains weather. About the dinner,there were not enough place for all the guests at restaurant so even though i had paid for it,I couldn’t consume it due to the lack of space in the restaurant. The breakfast was nothing special and not the same as expected from the photos from the hotel.

Cons:

L’hôtel n’est pas terminé, il manque de coordination au niveau du personnel, le souper à l’hôtel est très cher et décevant.
