Pros:

Zwembad en het uitzicht (ligging). Goede gordijnen en airconditioning. Uitgebreid vers ontbijt met vers omelet op aanvraag.

Cons:

Helaas oogde alles een beetje rommelig. De afwerking van de kamers was niet netjes, en beneden was het interieur oud en gedateerd, terwijl boven juist nieuw en mooi was. Hierdoor matchte de stijl niet helemaal in onze kamer.

Verder waren er diverse mankementen:

• Het rolgordijn in de badkamer was stuk
• De toiletspoeling werkte niet
• Er was geen wc-borstel aanwezig
• De spiegel was niet gemonteerd, maar stond los op de wastafel
• De kraan zat los

Met wat meer aandacht voor een consistente, moderne stijl en een zorgvuldigere afwerking zou dit een veel hogere beoordeling kunnen krijgen. Er zit zeker potentie in.

Personal und Ambiente super, ansonsten verbesserungsfähig. Essen abends solide, im Ort isst man jedoch besser. Da fährt

Schöner Pool, tolle Aussicht. Die beiden Jungs waren super engagiert und hilfsbereit. Minigolf für eine kleine Runde zwischendurch.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren schon recht dreckig. Es gibt außerdem keinen Zimmerservice. Frühstück soweit gut, aber wenig/keine Abwechslung. Zimmerausstattung könnte einfach verbessert werden, durch kleinen Kühlschrank. Wir hatten oft kein bzw. wenig Strom.

Wat een prachtige locatie in de bergen. We hadden een villa en super veel ruimte. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en willen heel graag helpen!

Cons:

De kamers werden niet schoongemaakt en ook geen schone handdoeken, die moesten we zelf vragen bij een verblijf van 4 nachten.

Wirklich sehr schöne Lage mit Blick in die Berge.
Leckeres Essen. Die Wanderungen in der Umgebung sind sehr schön.

Cons:

Wir hatten den Family Room zu zweit gebucht, da kein anderer Raum frei war. Es lagen tote Insekten auf dem Boden. Es gab keine Steckdosen oder Nachttischlampe am Bett, sondern es guckten Kabel aus der Wand. Außerdem waren die Fenster extrem dreckig, was den sehr schönen Blick nach draußen gemindert hat. Das (männliche) Personal war vor allem zu meinem Partner freundlich, nicht aber zu mir.

Heerlijk !
Pros:

Hotel is prachtig gelegen met zicht op de bergen.
De kamers zijn ruim en modern maar toch traditioneel ingericht.

Het ontbijt en diner ‘‘s avonds zijn heerlijk vers bereid. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en zorgen ervoor dat je verblijf onvergetelijk wordt.

Cons:

O quarto não estava limpo, os funcionários eram muito arrogantes, a piscina era boa mas estava constantemente com material de limpeza. Para entrar nela tinha de se passar por cima do fio que ligava o aspirador e o aspirador andava pela piscina.

Pros:

Amazing stay, we stayed for three nights while hiking in Theth. Staff were super friendly and really helpful. We had dinner at the property all three nights which was 25pp and was sharing dishes of traditional Albanian food, it catered perfectly to vegetarian diet without having to change anything. Views from the hotel were stunning and the pool was really nice. We stayed in the delux room which had a bath (to note no bubble bath was provided but the mini mart in Theth sells loads). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and they views were just incredible. Breakfast was a lovely spread. There is also mini golf on site, which we didn’t avail of but looks like fun!

Cons:

The drive into the hotel was unpaved, although there were signs it was a bit tight especially when meeting an oncoming car. There seems to be a lot of work going on at the hotel, we didn’t notice any sounds etc but there is some clear unfinished parts of the hotel in view. Our room wasn’t cleaned throughout our stay (we know we could’ve asked for fresh towels) and had to ask for more toilet paper. It didn’t bother us but may impact other guests.

The view of the mountains is spectacular, if you come only fir that you won't be disappointed.

Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend & super freundlich. Pool & Aussicht war schön. Frühstück und auch Abend essen war unglaublich gut - super herzliches Personal!

Cons:

Zimmer leider etwas minimalistisch ausgestattet (kein Kühlschrank, kein Schrank für Ablage, keine Tür zur Toilette) und unser Zimmer ohne Vorhang. Wir hätten aber das Zimmer wechseln können, was wir nicht getan haben.

Die Unterkunft hat eine perfekte Lage. Der Blick ist einfach unbeschreiblich. Das Personal ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist sehr gut, die Betten sind sehr bequem. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.
