Úroveň hotelu neodpovídá ceně
Pros:

Hotel má vynikající polohu přímo u kolonády a z našeho pokoje byl krásný výhled na Zpívající fontánu. Velmi příjemný a ochotný byl také personál. V rámci pobytového balíčku jsme měli dvě noci v pokoji Deluxe, polopenzi a 45minutovou masáž, to celé za téměř 9 tis. korun. Právě masáž byla skutečně výborná a patřila k nejlepším částem celého pobytu.
Bohužel tím má pozitivní zkušenost víceméně končí. První večer došlo k výpadku teplé vody, o kterém hosté nebyli předem informováni. Problém jsme zjistili až kolem půl jedenácté večer, kdy jsme se chtěli osprchovat. Na recepci, kde si stěžovali i další hosté, nám bylo sděleno, že se na odstranění závady pracuje a teplá voda by měla téct přibližně do hodiny. Ani o půlnoci však situace nebyla vyřešena. Od hotelu deklarujícího čtyřhvězdičkový standard bych očekávala aktivnější komunikaci, omluvu a alespoň symbolické gesto jako kompenzaci. Mrzelo mě, že se k celé situaci přistupovalo, jako by se vlastně nic nestalo.
Samotný hotel se prezentuje jako luxusní, skutečnost však tomuto obrazu příliš neodpovídá. Je patrné, že nejlepší léta má již dávno za sebou a zasloužil by si rozsáhlejší rekonstrukci a větší péči. Pokoj byl velice prostorný a oceňuji jeho čistotu, nicméně vybavení působilo značně opotřebovaně a nevkusný nábytek nesl známky dlouhodobého používání. Přestože měl být pokoj protihlukový, kvůli špatně doléhajícím dveřím bylo z chodby slyšet prakticky vše.
Největším zklamáním pro nás však byla polopenze. Snídaně byly ještě uspokojivé, byť bylo patrné, že se pracuje spíše s levnějšími surovinami. Večeře už však byly výrazně pod očekáváním a svou úrovní připomínaly spíše závodní jídelnu než gastronomii odpovídající čtyřhvězdičkovému hotelu. Hosté, kteří upřednostňují kvantitu před kvalitou, budou pravděpodobně spokojeni, avšak ti, kteří očekávají odpovídající úroveň stravování, mohou být zklamáni.
Je mi líto, že nemohu hodnotit lépe.

Pobyt udany.
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, przy samej słynnej fontannie, bardzo dobre śniadania, parking na ulicy bez problemu 500 koron za dobę, czystość w pokoju.

Rozpadający się jeden fotel w pokoju.

Poloha hotelu vynikající, kousek od kolonády, super. Snídaně bohatý výběr od všeho, výborná. Objednaná mašáž splnila naše očekávání a super byla i výřivka. Celková spokojenost.

Krom jedné drobnosti nebyly žádné další problémy s tímto ubytováním.

Cons:

Ubytování jsem daroval své mámě a její sestřenici. Požadoval jsem dvě oddělené postele, ale při příjezdu byla reálně jedna manželská. Vzhledem k tomu, že ubytovaní nebyli manželé, ani životní partneři, jen příbuzní, bylo to trochu zvláštní. Řešil jsem to telefonicky přes hotelovou linku, ale na druhém konci byl automat a i když mi oznámil, že vše zařídí, nic se nestalo.

Sehr gern kommen wir wieder ins Hotel Belvedere.
Pros:

Die Lage, gleich gegenüber den Kolonnaden ist toll. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch für nicht tschechisch oder englisch sprechende Gäste wird immer eine Lösung gefunden. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und geräumig und sehr sauber. Parken kann man auf der Straße gegen Gebühr, allerdings sind die Plätze begrenzt. Sonst gibt es noch ein städtisches Parkhaus einige Minuten entfernt. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig. Wir waren 5 Tage hier und haben die Zeit genossen.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück und aufmerksamen Personal aber KEIN Wellnesscenter!
Pros:

Direkt hinter der singenden Fontäne gelegen kann man von diesem Hotel gut mit den Ausflügen starten. Seilbahn, Aussichtsturm und Kolonnaden sind sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Frühstück bietet alles was man benötigt. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam. Im Keller des Hotels findet man einen kleinen Raum mit einem Pool so wie Praxisräume , in denen Massagen angeboten werden . Die Thaimassage war sehr gut. Ein SPA oder ein Wellnesscenter im klassischen Sinne ist hier nicht vorhanden! Für einen Wellnesstag bietet sich das römische Bad im Hotel Nové Lazné an, ebenfalls fussläufig zu erreichen.

Cons:

Ein Spa oder Wellnesscenter ist nicht vorhanden. Die Räume im Keller haben eher Arztpraxencharakter und laden nicht zum Verweilen ein, siehe Fotos.
