I was a little unsure of the dog in the apartment.

Piso ruidoso. Una noche llegamos y estaban de celebración alrededor de 10 personas. Cuando las normas de la habitación ponían que no se podia hacer ruido a partir de las 23.00 personalmente no nos molestó para dormir pero había bastante jaleo. Esa misma noche al haber tanta gente en la casa estaba puesto el aire y al ser centralizado la habitación estaba bastante fría, cosas que personalmente no me agrada, pero si que disponíamos de mantas para taparnos

Brak możliwości odpoczynku i snu po całym dniu zwiedzania. Hałas do 4 w nocy. Tv, głośne rozmowy, gotowanie. Na dodatek agresywny pies, kiedy właścicielek nie ma. Pies szczekał i wył do nocy.

Que solo se puede usar de la cocina el microondas y la tetera

Owners family played extremely loud music during the middle of the night. The owner also had a dog, who barked from 9pm to 4am. We were not able to sleep because of this.

No se puede cocinar no se recomienda para una estancia larga ya que te supondrá comprar toda la comida por fuera, a cuenta sale mejor un hotel aunque toque pagar un poco más

La persona que lo alquila vive en la casa, prácticamente quería que fueses mudo, nos dijo que saquemos la bolsa de basura de la habitación, y le molestaba el ruido del secador de pelo a las 10am que por cierto era el mío. Pedía silencio absoluto y en la noche y había ruidos en la ventana

Só do chuveiro e do box do banheiro, muito ruim, não dá pra tomar banho sem molhar o banheiro inteiro, o chuveiro pequeno grudado na parede e o box só tem só um vidro

1.Leider war es oft laut – sowohl morgens als auch abends, sodass die Ruhezeiten nicht wirklich eingehalten wurden.
2.Wir durften unsere persönlichen Utensilien (z. B. Zahnbürste, Handtuch) nicht im Badezimmer lassen.
3.Man konnte alle Gespräche im Haus deutlich hören, da oft laut telefoniert oder der Fernseher spät am Abend noch eingeschaltet war.
4.Das Wohnzimmer durften wir nicht mitbenutzen, und auch die Küche war kaum zugänglich – lediglich die Mikrowelle konnten wir benutzen.

Die Beschreibung und Fotos des Appartements führen zu falschen Erwartungen, es gibt nicht die Möglichkeit in einen gemeinsamen Wohnraum zu gehen, um dort vielleicht am Esstisch zu essen, es gibt auch nicht die Möglichkeit auf einen Balkon zu gehen...
Außerdem gibt es einen Hund in der Wohnung, der freilaufend stundenlang bis 2 Uhr nachts allein gelassen wurde und immer wieder jaulte und bellte und mir Angst einjagte!!!

My stay here was very disappointing and far from what I expected. The staff was disrespectful and unhelpful, which made the whole experience uncomfortable from the start. On top of that, there was constant noise throughout the night, making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. The atmosphere didn’t feel welcoming at all, and I honestly couldn’t relax during my stay. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone visiting Madrid — there are many better options where you’ll be treated with respect and can actually rest in peace
