Pros:

Standard good. Place good and staff good.

Cons:

I did not like the way Booking.com, tried to push a taxi from the hotel to the airport in Burgas. You suggested 28 Euros. I summond a taxi and it cost to Burgas airport and I paid 8 Euros. That made me very angry.

Hotelinizde geçirdiğimiz süre boyunca her şeyden çok memnun kaldık. Odaların temizliği, personelin güler yüzü ve ilgisi, hizmet kalitesi gerçekten çok güzeldi. Özellikle kahvaltının çeşitli, lezzetli ve özenli olması, park sorunun olmaması da ayrıca memnuniyet vericiydi. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Emeği geçen tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ediyorum.

Pros:

The room was clean, spacious enough. The staff was very polite, tasty breakfast. There is plenty of parking space. The Sea garden is across the street.

Cons:

Our room faced a busy street and was really noisy. There was no fridge in the room.

Na plus - taksówka wliczona w rezerwację (lot był bardzo późno).

Cons:

Na minus- bardzo słabe śniadania. Na jedno śniadanie można się zgodzić, jednak przy pobycie dłuższym nie zdecydowałabym się korzystać z oferty śniadań. Niestety głośne pokoje - przy drodze.

Нормална стая,удобни легла,голяма баня

Качеството на закуската,продължава да не е добро,въпреки,че знам от мои приятели бургазлии,че храната в ресторанта е добра.Това за мен е истински парадокс.Гостите на хотела не получават тази закуска като комплимент,а я заплащат,както си заплащат гостите на ресторанта храната.Кафето в машината на закуска също е лошо.Не ми харесва и как с влизането отстрани на рецепция виждаш един бит пазар.Чудесно е,че сте поставили играчки за децата,но или им осигурете един малък,но приятен кът,или махнете нещата.

Great place to stay some nights
Pros:

Staff was generally nice and helpful. The rooms are seemingly freshly modernized. Very near to the airport which was great as we arrived late night.

Cons:

In the restaurant they forgot our order for a short hour or so, then arrived semi-cold.
