Overall good.
Pros:

we booked only for 2 nights initially, because the hotel exceed our expectations, we stayed for 20days. Mr. Fahad helped us alot w.r.t stay, room & customer service. Overall very good experience.

Cons:

The breakfast is below avg, needs to work out on the breakfast part.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff specialy mr.fahad in the reception, clean rooms, and a great location. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Nice staff, affordable price but poor breakfast!
Pros:

Staff are nice, polite, and professional, especially Mr. Fahad. Price is affordable.

Cons:

Breakfast is really poor. Also there is a very huge noise that comes sometimes from a blower in the kitchen that is hidden somewhere and one can't see.

Pros:

The staff support and the hotel location in proximity to shops and restaurants.

Cons:

The hotel is practically a 3-star hotel not 4-star, considering the room facilities, hotel lobby, and breakfast options.
Moreover my bathroom had a bad smell over my stay.
