the wooden sleepers that make the pathway to rooms are rotten slippery and dangerous. the stairs in the apartments are steep and dangerous. the shower broke. the safe couldn’t open and we had to wait two days for someone to open it. the managers hide behind what’s app messaging and will not talk to you directly if you have any issues.
i have stayed here many times and have not written a review however i’ve decided to write this after the way i was treated when trying to book recently. i booked on line. only for them to ask me to cancel my booking with no explanation. i tried to contact them to discuss however they ignored me and somehow were able to get my booking cancelled.

I would have liked a microwave in the kitchenette. It's a pretty basic and important appliance to have and they are not that expensive.

1. La cama: es horrible, dura y los muelles de la cama están salidos y encima hace muchísimo ruido. Casi imposible conciliar el sueño…Los dos hemos acabado con la espalda rota e( yo cada 3 días me hacía un masaje para compensar pero igualmente no ha servido de nada) e insomnio. La peor cama que he probado. Cuidado con el siguiente que venga a hospedarse porque creo que en breves se romperá la estructura. Y cuidado porque son muy tercos e intentarán echarte la culpa a ti.

2. Mosquitos: no puedes relajarte fuera de la piscina porque los mosquitos te comen vivo.

3. Piscina: si vienes en la temporada de lluvias prepárate para no usar la piscina porque cada vez que llueve se mete toda la tierra del jardín dentro y tarda días en recuperarse. Con lo cual, pagas por tener piscina pero no tienes.

4. Propietarios fríos y tercos: tienes que pagar prácticamente para todo.
Lo peor es que tienes que pagar por la electricidad y es todo una aventura para conseguirlo (tienes que encontrar un supermercado que venda luz - no todos lo venden- y luego puedes únicamente pagar en efectivo) super incómodo si llegas después de un largo viaje.
El agua y el gas también la pagas.
Lo peor ha sido que rompimos 2 vasos accidentalmente y nos quisieron cobrar 1 M, lamentable.

5. Muebles viejos y cocina antigua y con poco menaje. Si quieres una batidora y tostador te lo alquilan por 500k ( te puedes comprar uno por internet por 100k, así que olvídate)

6. 7 .8. Etc….tapa del WC rota, calentador no para de fallar, WIFI mala calidad, no hay separación de pared entre la parte de arriba y abajo, muebles antiguos, cucarachas que se meten en tu ropa, sonidos de obra al lado, etc

Seguiría poniendo cosas, pero no quiero perder más mi tiempo.

Resumen: si quieres arruinar tus vacaciones ven aquí.

Found it hard to organise cleaning, staff were always busy and not often available to ask and WhatsApp chat just advised to speak with staff.

Minor issues… while there isn’t much noise from other rooms, the stairs are crazy noisy and.. the beds make a lot of noise with just sitting on it🤣
