-The pool hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. It is active and is for the exclusive use of guests.

Pros:

en general las instalaciones estan de primer nivel, todo limpio y ordenado, para el tema de la cena mediante una aplicacion hay muchas opciones cerca del hotel y hace que haya variedad de donde elegir, asi tambien hay lugares cerca para poder ir a comer o cenar

Cons:

pues en realidad el hotel esta muy bueno, no le pondria un pero al menos en esta ocasión que nos toco hospedarnos en el este hotel

Cons:

El olor de la habitación, olía demasiado a humedad, ese olor es terrible.
Fue una estancia corta, y por tal motivo ya no me di el tiempo de informar en recepción, pero al parecer eran las cobijas que olían muy feo.
Y se impregno el olor en la habitación completamente. Deben cuidar mucho esa parte, fue muy incomodo dormir con ese olor.

Bien para una noche, buena ubicación.

Cons:

Es imposible gestionar cualquier cambio o pedir ayuda con el personal si haces tu reservación con Booking. No tienen acceso a nada, no te dan ninguna respuesta. Tuve que volver a hacer una reserva y pelear al día siguiente por Booking reembolso.

El internet es buenísimo, las habitaciones tienen muy buen tamaño y el aire acondicionado es maravilloso.

Que la silla de trabajo es incómoda, si tuvieran una mejor silla sería ideal para trabajar

Un lugar bien ubicado, cerca del lugar donde estaba trabaja do esos días, en plaza antea

Cons:

El chek in hasta las 3 de la tarde creo que es muy tarde. Llegue a las 2 y pues tuve que esperar una hora para entrar a la habitación.
