Pros:

Prima ontbijt; rustige kamers met goede faciliteiten. Het was warm weer en op de kamer stond een goed werkenden ventilator. Het hotel ligt erg mooi boven Trier en zelfs met open raam helemaal geen lawaai te horen

Cons:

Het buiten terras is aan de kleine kant terwijl er veel ruimte is rond om het hotel.

Hervorragender Ausblick, wenn man entsprechend gebucht hat
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels, mit kompletten Blick über Trier ist phantastisch. Das Hotel schaut von außen sehr gepflegt und romantisch aus. Das Hotelpersonal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Flachbild Fernseher ist vorhanden. Die Parkplatzsituation ist sehr gut, man bekommt zu jeder Zeit einen.

Cons:

Leider sind die Zimmer nicht mehr ganz up to date! das kann leider der hervorragende Ausblick auch nicht ganz retuschieren. Ein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer wäre auch schön gewesen.

Absolut enttäuschend und völlig überteuert – Nie wieder! (1 Sterne )
"Dieses Hotel ist eine absolute Enttäuschung und das Geld absolut nicht wert. Ich hatte im Voraus eine E-Mail geschrieben und um eine Stornierung gebeten, da die Temperaturen bei 38 Grad lagen und das Hotel keine Klimaanlage hat. Man hat mir nicht einmal geantwortet.
Vor Ort war das Zimmer unerträglich heiß – wie in einer Sauna. Als ich nach einem Zimmerwechsel fragte, wurde dies einfach abgelehnt. Die Ausstattung ist mangelhaft: Es gab keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer, kein Trinkwasser (weder im Zimmer noch im öffentlichen Bereich) und viel zu wenige Handtücher.
Der Service war ebenfalls schlecht. Eine ältere Dame an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück für 14 € ist eine Unverschämtheit; die Auswahl und Qualität waren höchstens 5 bis 6 € wert.
Wegen der extremen Hitze im Zimmer konnte ich die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen. Eigentlich hatte ich geplant, 4 Tage zu bleiben, aber ich musste das Hotel wegen der katastrophalen Bedingungen bereits nach der ersten Nacht verlassen. Ich kann dieses Hotel absolut nicht empfehlen!
