Great hotel for a stop over in Astana..
Pros:

property is good location from the airport and close to good restaurant and coffee shops. quiet and comfortable room with great view across the park .

Cons:

a little difficult to park locally and access to the property with lots of baggage

Pros:

Останавливаемся несколько лет, и несколько раз в год по работе. Все отлично относительно услуг отеля.

Cons:

Стоны на весь этаж с утра до ночи и с ночи до утра не дают возможности выспаться. Пришлось обращаться на ресепшен, но их замечания только усилили звуки. Стоило бы пересмотреть принцип заселения те кто приезжают на 1 ночь и по факту селить на один этаж пусть всем этажем стонут. А те кто бронирует и тем более оплачивает заранее и на несколько дней, селить отдельно. Так как люди приезжают в командировки, в отпуск и тд и хотят спокойно выспаться.

Подставили перед гостями из Москвы. При личном разговоре убедили что раннее заселение будет,а по факту подставили. Пришлось ночью ехать в другой отель. Ранее не было проблем с этим заведением

Overall, a good hotel apt for a short stay
Pros:

The breakfast facility has been outsourced to a service-provider. A bit unusual. Yet, it worked out well, as the guests can choose the breakfast they wanted to pay for. It is pretty much like a cafe, where the client pays for the order placed.
Strong wifi, very friendly and helpful team at the Lobby.
The Apt had a small kitchen (however, there were NO saucepan or frying pans in the room). Also it had a washing machine. Ironically, there were No laundry detergents available in the room :-)

Cons:

The A/C did not work in my room (in July!!!!) and I was promised to be moved into another room the next day.

В основном все устраивает.
Pros:

Расположение отличное.

Cons:

На окнах нет москитной сетки. На этаже курили. Персонал на ресепшен встречает на русском языке.
