Худший отель в Астане.
Pros:

Почти нет плюсов у этого отеля. Кроме локации . И хорошего вида.

Cons:

Это просто самый ужасный персонал, самое долгое заселение, очень невежливые люди на ресепшене. Они не могли найти мое бухирование , потратили много моего времени Они меня обманули, они не сказали что нет горячей воды. В комнате жара, потому что нет кондиционера. Полотенца самые дешёвые, очень плохое качество.

Месторасположение супер!

Cons:

При чекине персонал не предупредил о том, что не будет горячей воды 3 дня. Увидела только при входе в лифт уже после оплаты. Номер был весь в мелких волосах. Санузел в том числе. И даже на столах и стульях. Впервые такое безобразие видела.Это отвратительно было. Какие-то мелкие насекомые попадались. Не знаю откуда они на таком высоком этаже. Из зоны со стиральной машиной пахло канализацией пару дней. Утюга не было как было заявлено. Берите свой дорожный если есть. Посуды для приготовления еды никакой нет. Хотя есть плита зачем-то. Два дня не срабатывал ключ. Приходилось спускаться на ресепшн. При том, что лифтов там аж 4, приходилось долго ждать чтобы спуститься или подняться. Из плюсов месторасположение и комфортная кровать. Надеюсь персонал исправит эти минусы.

Pros:

Loved the infrastructure inside the building. Many places to eat. Really loved a spa treatment that goes with a discount for the guests of the hotel. The room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

I'd like to have some basic cookware for a short stays.

Местоположение, в номере было всё, и даже стиральная машина, плита, чайник, кофе и чай.

Cons:

Завтрак, первый раз видел что нужно взятую яичницу и сосиску греть в микроволновке.

Clean and comfortable facilities (our room was actually an apartment).

Cons:

The staff was barely able to communicate in English. The position of the hotel is not really close to any point of interest in the city, but this is mainly due to the city itself: Astana has many, but distributed in a large area. If possible, try to arrange a taxi from the airport with the hotel before arriving, since taxi drivers will try to scam you.
