A must relaxing gateway
Pros:

Had a great experience in this lovely cozy and peaceful place. Thought as if I was in the lap of nature. Very nice place! Also the historic make up of the building added to the charm

Cons:

Would have been nice if they had an evening dinner facility

Pros:

We loved the view and location and the size of our room

Cons:

We think it was a false advertising to show a jacuzzi when we were not entitled to use or had to change room to use! Also, there is no staff and it is more like guesthouse with self check-in and a lot of complicated process to check in. Then I was charged for parking my motorcycle in front of the hotel, which is the roadside and not in their parking at the back of the hotel! to make it all worse, the lights in the room went out after 9AM, which felt like they were forcing us to leave! the towels were smelly too unfortunately.

While the hotel is ok it wasn’t what it used to be evening food is an issue in this valley
Pros:

Great location for this valley comfortable parking good

Cons:

It’s changed from previous owner and doesn’t do anything but breakfast. Nearest food is store 100 m away or drive to restaurants a few km away. Plugs are all the narrower six sided ones but the will sell an adapter to you but this wasn’t signed and only found out by chance at end of trip

Die Landschaft ist grossartig
Pros:

Die ruhige Lage in einem Dorf, die Hotel Innenausstattung prächtig, der Ausblick vom Bett auf die Berge hervorragend

Cons:

Die Zahlung einer Kaution fand ich ungewöhnlich. Die Herausgabe des Schlüssel erfolgte nur gegen Zahlung einer Kaution von 100 €. Die vielen Regeln Hausregeln fand ich übertrieben.

Cons:

El hotel está para redecorar, excepto los baños, que son nuevos. No hay personal, y haces auto check in. Y te cobran un depósito por posibles daños, que te devuelvan al día siguiente, en mi caso, de la salida.

Die Aussicht war super

Cons:

Die Sonnenstoren waren defekt, die Kabel hingen ungesichert an der Wand. Bei der Nachfrage, ob es Sonnenschirme hat, wurde simpel mit "Nein" geantwortet - das ist kein Kundenservice.
Im Eingangsbereich steht ein Kühlschrank für die Gäste zur Verfügung, dieser ist schmutzig und schmuddelig. Das Hotel ist heruntergekommen. Die Wände sind fleckig, inkl. zerdrückter Mücken an den Decken.
Die Balkon-Möblierung sind billige Metallstühle die keinen Komfort bieten.
Das Frühstück bescheiden; Butter, Fleisch und Käse lagen ungekühlt da.
Komme nicht mehr und werde das Hotel auch nicht weiter empfehlen.
