Le plus gros problème c’est l’hygiène. Les couettes avaient l’air propres mais en dessous de la housse c’était la catastrophe. L’ascenseur puait.
Le petit déjeuner, il y’a pas de choix sucré (ni cake, ni viennoiseries…)

Wenn man auf den ÖV angewiesen ist, muss man gut planen. Abends um halb sieben(ca.18:42 Uhr) kommt der letzte Bus an, und Morgens kurz nach sieben(07:07 Uhr) fährt der erste Bus ins Tal.

ich musste den whirpool neu starten, düsen neu einstellen, weil die ganze seite nicht funktioniert hat, (ich wollte EIN EINZIGES mal eine auszeit von solchen sachen) und einfach den pool geniesen können!
die toilette war in einer abstellkammer wie in einem keller,und die bademäntel sind gefühlt aus papier.
sie haben mir 100.- depot abgezogen doch es hat geheissen das das geld nicht angekommen ist?!?

nicht zufrieden. mehr schmerzen als vorher.

Le fait qu'on avait une chalbre sans toilettes ( la seule chambre sans wc) les wc etait à part dans le couloirs de l'hôtel réserver pour notre chambre mais ouvert à tous... et que ce n'était pas précisé lors de la réservation... une chaise cassé , la douche pas très propre et pas d'accueil ! Un qrcode affiché et à nous de nous débrouiller... très déçu par rapport au prix on aurait aimé mieux !

Check-in was done through an automated system with access codes and a key box, and staff were rarely present at reception. Unfortunately, the hospitality and customer service were very disappointing.

The beds were uncomfortable, and during our stay, both of us experienced itching on our arms and legs after sleeping in the beds. We were concerned that there might be bedbugs and reported the issue to the hotel. However, we were asked to pay CHF 250 just to have the matter investigated, with no refund if the suspected bedbugs were not confirmed. We found this unreasonable and very expensive.

We also asked whether we could be provided with extra bed sheets as a simpler alternative, but this was refused. As a result, we felt we had no choice but to cover the mattresses with our own clothes in order to sleep.

What disappointed us most was the lack of understanding, hospitality, and willingness to find a reasonable solution for their guests. The way our complaint was handled felt very unprofessional and left us feeling unsupported. Unfortunately, this experience has completely put us off returning to this hotel. It was our first stay, and it will be our last.

Bua no sé ni por dónde empezar , pongo una estrella porque no puedo no poner pero todo fatal , llevo años viajando por toda Europa y nunca me a pasado lo que me a pasado ahora con esta gente , dejo esta reseña por aquí porque por booking no me dejan poner nada … cogimos una habitación del hotel con jacuzzi , nos dieron la hab 106 , nos metimos mi marido y yo al jacuzzi y yo me posicioné en el medio ya que es un asiento como cualquier otro , de repente me quedé atrapada en el asiento sin poder moverme y no sabía lo que estaba pasando , en ese momento le dije a mi pareja rápidamente que apagara el jacuzzi porque me estaba haciendo mucho daño y notaba la absorción
de las boquillas negras que estaban alrededor mía , al apagarlo y levantarme del jacuzzi tenia el cuerpo lleno de moratones y sentía mucho dolor (se puede ver en las fotos el desastre que me han hecho) apagamos el jacuzzi y al mirar mi marido el jacuzzi atentamente vio que una de las rejillas estaba casi del todo rota y eso fue lo que me a provocado los hematomas , lo comenté nada más vestirme al personal y me dijeron de mandarle un gmail al hotel diciendo lo que me había pasado , después de unas horas me contestaron diciéndome que el jacuzzi sí que estaba roto pero que lo habíamos roto nosotros y que me a pasado eso porque el uso incorrecto que le e dado y que nos teníamos que hacer cargo de las reparaciones del jacuzzi , debido al gran dolor que tenia tuve que acudir a urgencias para ver si no tenia algún desgarro muscular . Ha sido el peor momento de mi vida porque nunca me imaginaba que me podría pasar eso en un jacuzzi , y el susto a sido tremendo y ahora no se quieren hacer responsables de nada y encima me echan la culpa a mi . Lo segundo : no hay absolutamente nadie en la recepción después de las 11:00 am para ayudarte a hacer/preguntar cualquier cosa , tienen un tlf al que puedes llamar desde ahí pero ni funciona bien ni contestan ….

Looks like the last renovation inside the room was earlier than 2010, totally needs refreshing

Es war relativ schwierig Abendessen zu bekommen in der Nähe.
Beim Frühstück wäre ein dunkleres körnigeres Brot noch wünschenswert und regionaleren ( feineren Honig …)

The breakfast isn‘t vegan friendly just in case anyone wondering

Extremely unprofessional staff, zero sense of customer service. Booking says the breakfast is till 09:30 and we were refused to have breakfast at 9:14 saying that we are closed now. They didn’t even try offer a cup of coffee or any quick alternative that could show there intent to help their guests!
I worked 3 years at a business hotel and I have 100 ways to make the guest happy, but the staff here left me shocked!
I was happy until I met the staff with unwelcoming faces without any smile!
