L’emplacement est parfait. Très proche du port. Restaurant juste en bas délicieux.

Uroczy kameralny hotel położony na Starym Mieście w pobliżu Portu Weneckiego. Bardzo blisko promenady, gdzie mieściło się mnóstwo barów i restauracji i tętniło wieczorem życie. Jednocześnie hotel mieścił się w spokojnej uliczce, dodatkowym atutem były dźwiękoszczelne okna. Cisza i spokój. Apartament wyposażony był w niewielki aneks kuchenny, klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutu. Pallazo Duca urządzony był ze smakiem i dbałością o szczegóły. Obsługa była uprzejma i kontaktowała się z nami na bieżąco w razie potrzeby. Pokój codziennie sprzątano i uzupełniano kosmetyki oraz wymieniano ręczniki. Podczas naszego pobytu śniadanie spożywaliśmy w pobliskiej tawernie i było bardzo smaczne. Do plaży Nea Chora można było dojść 15 minut spacerkiem. Plaża zadbana i dobrze zorganizowana. Pogoda wspaniała...
Ogólnie pobyt w Chanii uważam za bardzo udany, piękne zadbane Stare Miasto, mnóstwo tawern , sklepów z ceramiką i innymi pamiątkami związanymi z Kretą, wyśmienite jedzenie, miła obsługa/ mieszkańcy.

Nice staff, location, confortable room We left early on the last day to trek Samaria gorge and they provided lunch for our trip and held suitcases.

La posizione e la camera spaziosa

The location of the hotel was simply perfect for us. Sweetest little balcony off our room with two chairs and wonderful view of the harbour, tavernas, shops, etc. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed super comfortable. Breakfast was good - everything one could want. Proximity to the shops and restaurants just superb and so easy to wander around the Old Town which is just full of the most exciting shops. All the usual "souvenir" type shops but also many really beautiful shops full of creative artwork, jewellery, pottery etc. Our only caution would be the fact that you have to walk from Talos Square to the hotel (6-7 minutes) with your luggage. The hotel manager, George, was exceptionally helpful in every respect and organised a porter service to help us with our luggage.👍🏻 Also to note that the Old Town is full of stairs and steps!! We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Accueil très chaleureux avec un personnel très sympathique

This was the second time I stayed at this hotel and again it didn't disappoint. The location is amazing, right in the heart of the old town overlooking the sea and the Venetian harbour. The room was cool and quiet, staff were friendly and welcoming. Delicious breakfast. The hotel is very close to restaurants, bars and shops and a very short walk from the beach. The restaurants overlooking the harbour can be expensive but wander a few streets back and there are very friendly places at much better prices and with fabulous menus. If you can reserve a room with a balcony you will have a wonderful view of the old town, but if not there is a beautiful roof garden to enjoy.

The staff were all knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The location is excellent-just 100 metres to the portside. Reception staff were particularly helpful in advising places to visit and booking our bus tickets. Room was ideal for us. Towels changed every day as well as Room cleaned daily.
