Sahile yakındı( yürüyerek dört-beş dk). Kahvaltısı standarttı ve doyurucuydu. Helal gıdaları vardı. Park yeri mevcuttu. Çalışanları iyi ve güler yüzlüydü.

Cons:

Oda temizliğinde havluları değiştirmemişlerdi ve kirlerinden tanımıştık. Sıcak su erişimi yoktu, instant kahve çay için (ketle vs.)

Odalar yeni ve otelin konumu oldukça merkeziydi. Çevrede ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz birçok yere yürüyerek ulaşabilirsiniz.

Cons:

Ancak temizlik hizmetinden memnun kalmadık. Kullanılmış havlular yenileriyle değiştirilmedi ve temiz havlu talep etmemize rağmen getirilmedi. Kirli havluları tekrar kullanmamız bekleniyormuş gibi hissettik.

Ayrıca odada ücretsiz su bulunmuyordu. Su istediğimizde fahiş bir ücret karşılığında getirildi ve sipariş vermeden önce fiyatı hakkında bilgi verilmedi. Ücreti ancak su getirildikten sonra öğrendik.

Rezervasyon yapmadan önce odanızın konumunu mutlaka sorun ve kesinleştirmeden ödeme yapmayın. Otele vardığınızda sizi otelin girişine bakan bir odada konaklatmaya çalışabiliyorlar.

Хареса ми леглото,което е голямо и много удобно. Собствениците са отзивчиви,и много приятни хора.

Pros:

Nous avons séjourné trois nuits au Renato Hotel. Il est important de préciser qu'il s'agit en réalité d'une résidence sans réception, mais les chambres sont tout à fait dignes d'un hôtel.

La literie est exceptionnelle : nous y avons particulièrement bien dormi. Les chambres sont propres, confortables et bien équipées. Le petit-déjeuner est également très bon, avec un choix suffisant pour bien commencer la journée.

Le seul point à améliorer concerne les serviettes de toilette, qui mériteraient d'être remplacées car elles sont devenues assez rêches et usées.

Nous n'avons pas été séduits par Ksamil, que nous avons trouvé beaucoup trop fréquentée, avec des plages bondées et beaucoup de bruit. Dans ce contexte, le Renato Hotel a vraiment été le point positif de notre séjour : un endroit agréable où il faisait bon revenir après une journée passée à l'extérieur.

Nous recommandons cette adresse sans hésiter.
