Apartament dobrze wyposażony. Czysto i nowocześnie. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra.

Cons:

Brak klimatyzacji uniemożliwiał spanie. Zamiast klimatyzacji w apartamencie głośny wiatrak. Do wyboru hałas wiatraka lub przy otwartych oknach, hałas uliczny dwóch poprzecznych ruchliwych ulic.
