Staff were lovely and so helpful. The first room we were put in was very dark (attic room, no overhead light) but they up moved us with no fuss. The other room was small but very bright
The gym wasn’t the best- the running machine didn’t work and only one machine, but free weights so could at least get some movement in. Also, if travelling with elderly relatives maybe request not to be on the top floor.

We were given a ' Comfort' double room when we ordered a Superior double. Only difference i think was size but I needed bigger size. Struggled with space, there was no room to put stuff. 3 nights , with no cleaners ( they come 4th day), so bin was overflowing . Needs a big long mirror in bedroom as only mirror was in the bathroom. Breakfast needs sausages and more fruit (only orange). Main elevator keeps getting stick on 5th floor, not explained 2nd elevator in dinning area.

Es wird unter dem Deckel der Ressourcen nicht jeden Tag das Zimmer gemacht. Zudem ist es etwas schmuddelig in den Toilletten im Eingangsbereich, der Terrasse und Frühstücksraum.
Paris was having a heat wave during my trip and the AC in this room was fantastic! It was cold - cooled off the room, and never stopped working. I had to turn it off at some points because I was too cold! Which in 90 degree heat was a great problem to have. I LOVED my room. I did not expect a clawfoot tub in the bed room. It was luxurious and I felt pampered.
I could never get the hot water in the sink to work. After speaking with the front desk staff they gave me some tips to get the hot water working on the tub, which it did. I did not love the area. It is close to the train station - which is convenient, but there are a lot of homeless people, and men loitering around. I never felt unsafe, but I was followed for a few feet by a man asking for money in front of the Gare du Nord. So if you are a woman staying alone and maybe a little nervous this may not be the area for you.
De locatie was top en het ontbijt was goed! Het balkon was fijn en de kamer was schoon
Kamer was niet schoon gemaakt ook was er weinig opberg ruimte, geen spiegel, geen haar droger en was de kamer erg klein
The room was great and spacious there was also a balcony view which was amazing for having breakfast or dinner out on the balcony. The Location was close to Fara du Nord train station and there is also a bunch of bus stops and metro stops around the hotel.
The down side is the Wifi didn't work well on the 5th floor. Next the elevator is old so it some times get stuck on the 5th floor and if you are calling it on the ground floor it might not come. But the workers did an amazing job of helping with this.

Very clean room. Ideal location if you use the Eurostar - only 5 minutes walk from the train station to the hotel.
Old fashioned hotel. It needs renovation. When we booked it, we asked for a room with nice view (balcony) and the hotel gave us the only inside room (without balcony) at the floor!
