Je tiens à vous remercier pour la qualité de notre séjour au sein de votre établissement.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse de votre personnel ainsi que les propositions de surclassement qui nous ont été faites. De plus, les solutions de logement adaptées pour les enfants et l'espace véranda nous ont permis de passer d'excellents moments en famille.

Cons:

La suite ne disposant pas de deux chambres, elle ne permet pas d'accueillir convenablement une famille avec deux enfants, ni même un père avec sa fille de 17 ans.
Par ailleurs, le tarif actuel étant particulièrement élevé pour un séjour de plus d'une semaine, serait-il possible d'envisager une réduction ?

Le prix des chambres est un peu élevé, une baisse de 15% fidéliserait beaucoup plus de clients.

The carpark access is too.narrow, and the oneway traffic makes it a hassle to go out if you came with your own car
