Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt im TerraNova und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Team: Nai, Franco und Carlos waren während meines gesamten Aufenthalts unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Sie haben sich immer Zeit genommen, Fragen zu beantworten, und mir viele tolle Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Aktivitäten und lokale Geheimtipps gegeben. Dadurch konnte ich Tulum viel authentischer erleben.
Die Lage ist ebenfalls hervorragend. In wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man eine große Auswahl an Restaurants, Cafés und Frühstückslokalen, sodass man jederzeit zahlreiche Möglichkeiten hat.
Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und sauber, die Atmosphäre ist entspannt und familiär. Wer eine persönliche Unterkunft mit einem außergewöhnlich herzlichen Team sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

L'hébergement est un havre de paix avec la petite jungle de l'entrée jusqu'à la piscine.
La chambre loft est vraiment pépite.

Eau à volonté dans des bouteilles en verre ! On reçoit un message whatsaap pour savoir si le ménage est nécessaire. Top pour éviter de changer les draps et serviettes pour rien !

Very well located close to multiple cafe, shops and restaurants. The hotel boutique is in a quiet street so you can enjoy being close to the neighborhood while staying in a quiet and clean place.
And the staff were the best part, very kind, helpful and gave us all the best recommendations for activities to do during our stay. Recommend +++ and would come back here if I ever go back to Tulum.

Struttura accogliente, il corridoio interno è molto suggestivo;
La posizione è buona, nel quartiere sono presenti molti locali e si trova a solo 10/15 minuti dal centro e dalla zona degli hotel.

Quiet and safe, nice chilled vibes and the staff are great especially Franco he is so lovely and helpful very close to La vela cafes and shops.

TODO! Este lugar simplemente es perfecto, esta en un vecindario super completo, céntrico, las instalaciones son muy bonitas, el personal en especifico franco siempre dispuesto a ayudar y brindar recomendaciones, muy accesible y amable siempre al pendiente de la estancia. Lo recomiendo al 100%

El ambiente del hotel es super agradable. Muy bien cuidado y hermoso

L’hôtel boutique TerraNova est top! Rien à redire sur la chambre ou la douche qui dispose de tout le nécessaire (Clim, frigo, gel douche,…)
De plus ils mettent de l’eau à disposition.
Concernant les hôtes, Carlos (si je ne me trompe pas) a été super à notre arrivée, il a pris le temps de nous donner les recommandations et tout ça dans la bonne humeur.

Beautiful boutique hotel, like an oasis in the city. Spacious, clean rooms with all amenities. The team was very helpful, responded fast via WhatsApp and extremely friendly. Quiet and safe neighbourhood.

Loved our stay in Terranova in La Veleta. This is so close to great bars and restaurants, felt everything was at our doorstep!

The manager Rafa and his staff especially Franco were so kind and helpful. We were in touch with them even before we arrived and Rafa helped us through our random queries. He also helped us book taxis to and from the airport (and also to Cancun); and organised a day tour to Chicinitza, cenote and La valladolid.

We also went to a Ceneto club (Vesica) for a day from here which was only a few minutes taxi ride away and explored the local food scene in the evening. We spent 3 days here and felt it was a great introduction to Tulum before we left for a beachside stay. Overall, it was an affordable great stay, with no hidden charges so highly recommended if you are going to stay in La Veleta.
