Top séjour, je recommande
Pros:

L’hôtel boutique TerraNova est top! Rien à redire sur la chambre ou la douche qui dispose de tout le nécessaire (Clim, frigo, gel douche,…)
De plus ils mettent de l’eau à disposition.
Concernant les hôtes, Carlos (si je ne me trompe pas) a été super à notre arrivée, il a pris le temps de nous donner les recommandations et tout ça dans la bonne humeur.

Beautiful, unique oasis
Pros:

Beautiful boutique hotel, like an oasis in the city. Spacious, clean rooms with all amenities. The team was very helpful, responded fast via WhatsApp and extremely friendly. Quiet and safe neighbourhood.

Pros:

Loved our stay in Terranova in La Veleta. This is so close to great bars and restaurants, felt everything was at our doorstep!

The manager Rafa and his staff especially Franco were so kind and helpful. We were in touch with them even before we arrived and Rafa helped us through our random queries. He also helped us book taxis to and from the airport (and also to Cancun); and organised a day tour to Chicinitza, cenote and La valladolid.

We also went to a Ceneto club (Vesica) for a day from here which was only a few minutes taxi ride away and explored the local food scene in the evening. We spent 3 days here and felt it was a great introduction to Tulum before we left for a beachside stay. Overall, it was an affordable great stay, with no hidden charges so highly recommended if you are going to stay in La Veleta.

Cons:

L'évacuation de la douche est à vérifier.
Je croyais que le parking était privé, ce qui n'était pas le cas. Il faut se garer dans la rue.

Pros:

Very pretty boutique hotel. Lovely forest vibes with a beautifully well maintained pool. The mezcalitas made by Franco were the best we’ve had in Mexico hands down. Shower was superb. Beds were comfy but pillows were pretty hard. Area felt safe, didnt get to explore and only stayed 1 night. Went during quiet season so was super cheap.

Super séjour à Tulum dans un très bon hôtel
Pros:

Très bon logement avec une bonne localisation.
Restos et bars alentours.
Parking juste devant l’hôtel.
Excellent accueil par Franco avec beaucoup de conseils utiles pour notre séjour (cénotes, restaurants, etc). Franco est vraiment adorable.
Hôtel très calme. Chambre confortable. Frigo et coffre fort dans la centre.
Avec une jolie piscine dans un cadre merveilleux, c’est un petit jardin tropical.
Rapha le manager est super sympa également.
Nous vous recommandons cet hôtel proche du centre et nous reviendrons volontiers.

Cons:

Wifi un peu capricieuse dans la chambre 10, dans la partie couchage (mezzanine)

10/10 tranquilidad y comodidad
Pros:

El lugar era como un oasis, súper tranquilo y lleno de vegetación, se sentía como estar en una cabaña en mitad de la selva. El personal nos trató de lujo, en nuestro caso tuvimos la oportunidad de tratar con Franco y Rafa y siempre nos ayudaron con cualquier duda sobre la zona y la propiedad. La piscina fue un gran plus para nosotros, estaba limpia y fresca lo cual se agradecía ya que hace mucho calor y humedad en Tulum.
Espero poder hospedarme de nuevo allí pronto

Un petit cocon dans l’esprit jungle où l’on se sent apaisé.
Pros:

L’effet wow dès l’entrée. On arrive dans un havre de verdure comme une petite jungle avec la piscine qui fait penser au lagon. Bravo pour la déco, tout est très bien pensé, avec beaucoup de goût et de soin.
L’accueil parfait de la part de Franco, qui nous a indiqué des activités et endroits où dîner. Il est très agréable et très professionnel.
Les produits de douche à base de miel. Un délice sur la peau !
Le bar très agréable.

Imersão em paz
Pros:

É um local muito calmo, perfeito para repousar em tranquilidade. Muito próximo da C.7, com imensos restaurantes e bares para turistas. Fica a uma curta distância das praias, a recomendação do beach club Niken foi perfeita! Rafa é um excelente anfitrião.

Cons:

A casa de banho tinha bolor nas paredes e apesar de existir uma janela aberta com rede mosquiteira, o cheiro era indicador da necessidade de limpeza.
