L’emplacement, la propreté, la gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

Le le week-end il n’y a pas de personnel à la réception c’est juste en semaine, il y a un système où il faut appeler la réception pour récupérer la carte dans une boîte à l’extérieur. Et si vous avez un problème c’est un Gardien qui vient il est très gentil, mais je trouve que c’est un peu limite d’avoir une réception vide samedi dimanche

un rapport qualité / prix remarquable.

J'ai noté en exceptionnel en tout début de notation pour les motifs qui sont les suivants :
qualité de la relation client, qualité de la satisfaction et de l'attente du client, très bonne qualité de propreté, tout y est fait avec attention et avec le seul objectif de satisfaire le client. Malgré un établissement qui date de 20 à 30 ans, donc d'un look qui fait partie de la fin "des belles années", il ne faut pas confondre vétusté et propreté et cet établissement l'a bien compris. je suis un habitué des mercures, novotel, brit hotel, ibis, bref ! de toutes ces chaines qui souvent vous prennent pour un idiot derrière une pseudo volonté de RSE ou autre actualité. J'ai occupé plusieurs poste dans ma Sté dont celui de responsable qualité, donc je sais où et quoi vérifier pour assure un certain niveau de qualité.

The stay was good for a very short stay ie: one night but not for a longer duration!

Disappointed with the hotel

Ask if they could accommodate an in connecting room for 2 adults and 3 children they said we can do that on arrival they give us 2 rooms in different part of the hotel not even next to each other very disappointed with the hotel not my first choice s to stay in the future

Picked this place as a pit stop on a journey as it was dog friendly, had a restaurant and a bar…. or so Booking.com, said. On arrival, yes there is a restaurant but it’s not open. Bar was 4 chairs and a small table right by the main entrance and extortionate prices if you wanted to order something. Room was clean ish. Bathroom was very basic. Breakfast was very poor value with a limited choice.
