Room was very small

Les murs un peu fin, donc nous entendons les déplacements des autres clients.

Extrem Laut, die Tür ist nicht richtig verschlossen - man sieht an allen Seiten durch die Tür. Ebenso hört man durch die Tür absolut alles & fühlt sich gerade, wenn man versucht schlafen zu gehen nicht sicher, da das Bett direkt neben der Tür liegt.
Jede Person die vorbeiläuft kann man durch die offenen Spalten an der Tür sowohl hören als auch (den Schatten) sehen..
Zudem war der Haupteingang zu keiner Tages-/Nachtzeit abgeschlossen, (bis ich versucht habe es selber abzuschließen) wodurch jedermann sich zutritt verschaffen konnte, was das Gefühl von sicherheit nicht gerade förderte..
Ansonsten war alles gut!

No one is at the property. Made it a bit difficult to find the area to store our luggage before check in.
Room was clean. Bathroom could use some updating.

Not as advertised.
I found errors in the web descriptions.
I paid for an upgraded room, which totally did not match the description.
The room opened up directly onto the street.
They gave me a difference in the rate, as they should, and now are acting like that corrected the problem.
They offered to give me a discount if I came back.
I tried, and the discounted rate they offered me was MORE than the bookings rate. They acted like they have no control over the rate.
No one is really on property. If you store your luggage when you arrive early, it can get locked up over night. The phone number is to an office in Miami. Other guest gave me the run down of problems when I arrived.
It’s a budget property, so I guess you get what you pay for.
They asked me to skip the rating, and promised me a discounted rate on my next stay. I tried. But again, they tried to claim a double the bookings rate was a discount. They have control over rates at their own property. Give me a break.
Totally incompetent management.

The room we had was pretty small but it was perfectly fine for how long we were staying there.

I've been traveling for over 4 weeks staying in hotels Airbnb etc I can honestly say that everyplace has had good to great service, until tranquility. There are some issues with Internet (and paradices sucks), but the people everywhere have been great

The property, tranquility, has potential but the people or lack of people.......

First question as never answered. Just ignored. Second question got a computer generated response. When asked for clarification the exact same computer response, repeated until I realize there is no human in the booking and checkin procedures and gave up

To go from annoyed to infuriated the manager blows up my phone the next day. Calling the next day about early check-in doesn't cut it. Pathetic.

Calling the next day about clarification to overnight parking doesn't cut it. Pathetic

No,! I will not call you back. I'm sure you will say something like your files show you tried to contact me, but it's too late. You are just harassing me now.

If you need nothing beyond what the computer or what the automated response will give you then you will enjoy this place. But if you need anything else or the computer fails, you re out of luck.

extremely Loud and the night before we left we found tons of ants on our leftover food. There's also zero parking however the hotel blocks off 2 spots in front to look at. Started bad from the second i booked. I was very excited to try somewhere new as i come down roughly once a month. I was browsing through the property and came across some photos of a room with a full kitchen so i thought to myself this is perfect.

Both the room size and the stairs (in case you have a lot of luggage)
