Perfect location, better than staying at a hotel, felt like a local.
Pros:

It was a perfect place for us to stay while visiting the Keys. The room was spacious and clean and the aircon was GREAT. The location is awesome, we walked in every direction and this place was literally passed multiple times a day while going to different areas because it was so central to everything. Didn’t even need a bike! The pool was super handy, especially because the seaweed was everywhere, and it was clean and shady and a nice hang out.

Pros:

The property is clean and away from the busy streets! The room that i was in was quiet and clean! The staff are amazing and very prompt when you ask for anything from them. The two cleaning ladies were awesome and always cleaning the room as needed and very friendly. Will definitely be coming back to stay again.

Great visit
Pros:

Super friendly staff and took care of every need I had and even extended my checkout by an hour at no extra charge. Very clean and comfortable room with excellent air conditioning. Location was great. Close to everything. We rented a golf cart, which I highly recommend for ease of getting around faster and easier to find parking. We also loved relaxing by the pool with just enough sun peaking through the palm trees to get a tan or enjoy the shad. This place was a great value for the money and very enjoyable suiting all of our needs. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

There are chickens walking all over Key West, and they are protected, so be ready to hear roosters crowing at all different hours of the morning, afternoon, and night no matter where you stay.

Top Lage, 8 Minuten von gratis Parkplatz entfernt. 3 Minuten zur Duval Street.
Personal erkundigt sich täglich.

Cons:

* Zimmertür mit sehr großem Spalt, auch im geschlossenen Zustand nicht richtig dicht
* Von außen war der Spalt besonders groß, dadurch mangelndes Sicherheitsgefühl
* Einfacher Türcode, wir fühlten uns nicht ausreichend sicher
* Sehr starke Lärmbelastung von der Straße, als wäre die Tür offen
* Zimmer zwar sauber, aber insgesamt stark heruntergekommen
* Deutlicher Geruch nach Feuchtigkeit
* Alte und abgenutzte Badmöbel
* Schimmel im Badezimmer
* Getrocknete Flüssigkeitsrückstände an der Wand unter der Lüftung
* Ameisen im Zimmer
* Am letzten Tag sogar eine Kakerlake im Zimmer entdeckt
* Durchgelegene und unbequeme Matratzen
* Unterkunft insgesamt stark renovierungsbedürftig
* Pool wirkt auf den ersten Blick schön, Boden teilweise jedoch schmutzig
* Im Außenbereich unangenehmer Geruch nach Müll und Tierexkrementen
* Die Unterkunft hat unseren Aufenthalt in Key West leider negativ beeinflusst statt verbessert

Incredible accommodation!
Pros:

The building itself had an authentic feel to it but from the inside it was even nicer the room was clean smelled fresh and it was spacious the fridge and microwave were also very clean i dare say they looked almost new on the inside it was also very nice that the property manager kept in touch to see how everything was. We are already planning our next stay so… till next time!
