The location was perfect for what we wanted and the free WiFi was very good in the room. However, could not be used by the pool area
The room was very dirty and smelt like sewage. We arrived and the first thing I saw was dirty bedding. Blood stains and dirty marks. I asked 3 times for this to be changed. It eventually got changed and when the bedding was being taken off. I saw the mattress and I was in absolute disbelief of how dirty it was. Blood Stains, urine stains, dirt, spillages and hair. The shower/toilet room was dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned at all. Toilet seat was loose and slipped off soon as you sat on it. Dirty door handles, dirty floors. It was just so dirty and grotty. I will try to add photos if it allows me to. We were there for 5 nights and never saw or had a cleaner. No change of towels, nothing. Also the pool area only has 4 sunbeds which are also covered in bird poo - i could never relax by the pool when we wanted to. The pool was very poor conditions with lose tiles on the pool floor. I could go on, and on. The whole place needs updating, needs a proper cleaner and new mattresses and bedding.

The staff were very friendly. The pool area was lovely and the location was amazing. The room we had was actually way nicer than we were expecting. Very clean, safe and comfortable hotel. Great value for money.
The Wi-Fi in the room was not good, it barely worked and our 4G often barely worked in the hotel too. This was the only issue for us. Also be aware the washing service requires at least 1 full day.

I love that it's so quiet on such a busy street and the pool is nice and the rooms too. But also, the staff is always super friendly
Location was great, staff helpful, pool was lovely and room was comfy.
The pillow cases were a little dirty but we asked the to be swapped and they came to change them straight away
Location is great and you get 10% discount at the Ashana restaurant which is a great bonus. Our room was very private with a door to the backyard separating us from other guests. 5 minute walk from iconic sunset spots and Thomas beach.

It was all great, the one thing is the bathroom doesn’t match the aesthetic of the rest of the hotel, that feels way fancier
The room is good for just a short stay - plus the location is amazing. Just a 10 minute walk to Uluwatu Beach area. It's just very basic but you get what you pay for!
The room could've been cleaner. There was a loose nail on the floor, mold in the bathroom, a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom covered by a box, the floor felt dirty. It was fine for us for just one night. The whole outdoor area had lots of cleaning and renovating stuff scattered around - not maintained very well. It needs a good tidy up!
