Pros:

Breakfast was ok and accommodated gluten free guests. The pool area was lovely and the communal areas were well kept

Cons:

The room was tired, with a leaking shower which flooded the bedroom. Areas outside the room could be improved

Pas la hauteur du prix même si le lieux est très jolie.
Pros:

Le lieux est vraiment très jolie. Le bar très sympa les Hugo sortie très bon. Nous n’avons pas testé le restaurant.

Cons:

Le parking est de l’autre côté d’une voie rapide. Très dangereux pour traverser.
Le frigo dans notre chambre en panne j’ai demandé à la réception, le problème y n’a pas était résolu.
Tous les matins pendant le petits dej pendant les 4 jours sur la terrasse de 8 à 10 h le jardinier passe la tondeuse ou le rotofil ou le souffleur c’est dommage que cela ne soit pas fait avant d’autant que aucune chambres de sont situés à cet endroit.

Loved this place!
Pros:

Great hotel, beautiful and well maintained place, well decorated. The people where absolutely fantastic, we had some issues with our rental car breaking down and they did their best to help us.

Cons:

The restaurant food was great but could do with a bit more options.

Pros:

Me encantó el exterior y las instalaciones. Elegimos la habitación renovada y fue todo un acierto.

Cons:

Hubiera preferido una almohada un poco más gruesa. Solicitamos la una adicional pero se nos denegó. Eso no me gustó nada.
El café del desayuno es pésimo.
Tampoco me gustó el paso de cebra cruzando una carretera para el parking.

Der Service hat unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Am Pool mussten wir sehr lange auf sie Getränke warten, beim Abendessen warteten wir sehr lange auf die Hauptspeise (keine Nachfrage ob man noch was zu trinken oder einen Nachtisch möchte). In der Bar mussten wir auch sehr lange auf einen Cocktail warten. Der Zimmerservice war auch nicht mit anderen Hotels zu vergleichen. Ein Handtuch, das auf dem Boden lag, wurde z.B. nicht ausgetauscht

Relaxation et équipement de qualité tout en restant intimiste
Pros:

Le personnel était très gentil et à l’écoute.
L’espace piscine est grand et paisible mais il y a eu un mariage le samedi donc un peu plus de monde et la piscine a fermé plutôt qu’habituellement. Nous avions été prévenu, mais un geste commerciale aurait été apprécié. L’endroit est très charmant et proche des plages.

Goed ontbijt, het hotel is authentiek ingericht, erg leuk! En natuurlijk het prachtige lagune zwembad. Romantisch decor. Verwacht geen luxe in de (luxe)kamer. Ga voor de beleving van het gerestaureerde klooster en dan heb je een speciaal verblijf

Het diner was wat ons betreft ondermaats, duur en niet speciaal. Jammer! De 2e avond hebben we in Cagliari gegeten (ivm excursie)

Excellent
Pros:

Everything was excellent from start to finish. The hotel exceeded all our expectations: the rooms were comfortable and spotless, the staff was friendly and professional, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The facilities and level of service felt much closer to a 4-star hotel than its current rating. In my opinion, this hotel is seriously underrated and deserves more recognition. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great value and a high-quality experience.

Eigentlich ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Personal müsste noch mehr geschult werden.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war nicht optimal. Es gab nur 2 Sorten Weissbrot und wenig Früchte-Auswahl. Zudem fehlten gute Fruchtsäfte. Ganz schlecht war Qualität der Kaffemaschine und die Qualität des Kaffes.

Cons:

Wie erwähnt, das Frühstück. Die Servicezeiten waren zudem sehr lang. Wenn man Essen oder Getränke bestellte, musste man diese zwei oder drei mal machen, da es oft unterging oder die Bestellung sehr lange dauerte.
