Pros:

Очень отзывчивый и внимательный персонал. Мне сделали апгрейд номера, что стало приятным сюрпризом. В отеле чисто, комфортно и уютно.

Cons:

Я просила подготовить постель для ребенка сразу, потому что мы приедем поздно вечером. Они не подготовили, телефон не берут, приходилось спускаться 2 раза чтобы добиться того чтобы эту постель принесли. Ждать после долгой дороги среди ночи пока они соизволят принести постель, хотя мой запрос на подготовку постели уже был подтверждён - это недопустимо

Общее впечатление - хозяева вложились в создание отеля, но за менеджментом не следят.
Pros:

Отель расположен во Французском квартале, близко от центра и от хороших ресторанов. Во дворе есть минимаркет, рядом большая зеленая зона с парком.

Cons:

Номер сильно "усталый" и неуютный. Мы брали люкс - площадь большая, но почти пустая. Рядом с кроватью только одна тумбочка. На балконе нет пластиковых стульев, чтобы посидеть. Дом внешне красивый, но вероятно плохого качества, потому что с балкона видны дыры в стене и облупившаяся отделка. Откосы окон снаружи загажены голубями. Просили у персонала принести воду, не дождались, пошли сами в магазин. Завтраки на троечку - несмотря на то, что есть система поддержания тепла, блины, яичница и тп были холодные. Нет кофейного аппарата, кофе подается в чайнике и на кофе не похож.
