Cozy stay
Pros:

Comfortable room with great AC and a very pleasant staff. The location is very close to the train station within walking distance, but a bit far from the main points of interest. Even so, you can easily get there by tuk-tuk, and it offers very affordable prices. Highly recommended!

Hotel room was good.. Location was also good. Hotel staffs were friendly.

Cons:

But few people started screaming at hotel staff and knocking at our door at around 1AM in the night. It was a frightening experience. Later we found hotel staff mistakenly given us the deluxe room but we had the booking for standard room and they had the booking for deluxe room.. That night was a horrible experience. We had no idea what's going on.
