Petit déjeuner : Viennoiseries industrielles cramées, œufs au plat partiellement crus, pancakes cramés ou alors faits dans une poêle dans lesquels d’autres avaient cramés avant. A fuir.

Amazing stat
Pros:

I liked the peace and quiet , everyone was very nice and gentle, amazing place for a nice relaxing trip

Cons:

I didn’t like that I called for an early check in , and even though the person in the front desk was trying to get me an early check in , there was a miscommunication where I was told I could get an early check in and ended up waiting 2 hours . But it turned out to be a great room

Cons:

Esperienza pessima con il personale alla reception: il concierge si è dimostrato maleducato sia al check-in che al check-out. Inoltre, al momento di lasciare la struttura, mi ha costretto a pagare una cena che avevo già saldato al ristorante. Nonostante gli avessi mostrato la transazione dall'app del mio home banking, ha preteso un secondo pagamento, facendomela pagare due volte.

Bon hôtel rénové sur la magnifique Baie de Cook

Bungalows dans un joli jardin et sur un magnifique emplacement dans la baie de Cook. Très agréable restaurant sur pilotis avec une vue superbe sur la baie. Nous étions en demi pension, très agréablement surpris par la cuisine que nous avons trouvé excellente! Bungalow rénové et spacieux avec une superbe salle de bain, très propre. Lit très grand et très confortable. Personnel vraiment très gentil. C'est un bon hôtel tranquille et plaisant sur un bon spot.

Petit déjeuner pas trop mal sauf pour moi le café ! 😄

Très bon emplacement
La vue lagon est superbe
Spot de snorkeling sympathique

Cons:

Un petit couac à l'arrivée pour l'attribution du logement mais cela a vite été résolu.
Cela a fait le bonheur de mes ados qui ont eu leur propre bungalow.

Had AC, decent size room

Cons:

For how expensive the hotel room is I would expect more amenities. The room was very basic. We paid for beach room but the beaches are pretty small and rocky. This hotel felt more just like trying to cram as many bungalows onto a small piece of land as possible. I preferred my previous accommodations that were more in the mountains and cheaper. This was my splurge hotel for the trip and I didn’t feel it was worth the extra price.
