Pros:

The staff was very nice. The restaurant had a variety of foods, the pice was fine, and the food was good. The breakfast was a high quality Balkan breakfast. The pool was nice - a little deep for our kids, but that's not the hotel's fault.

Cons:

There were no towel racks or hooks in the bathroom, and the shower made the entire bathroom floor wet, so there wasn't enough space to put anything down. The room did not smell fresh or neutral. There was loud music from a wedding. Our family should not have needed to reserve 2 rooms when many of the rooms could have accommodated us, but the online reservation system only allowed up to 3 people in each room, which doesn't make sense when some of the options had several beds and sofa beds.

Bad breakfast and all the night music outside because alot of wedding party

Cons:

Breakfast is not good at all. At 9:30, they collected all the trays and put them in the kitchen, and there was still half an hour before closing. Besides, if you order tea or coffee or something hot, it's an additional charge. It's just not clear why. I booked a room including breakfast. It's not good at all and unacceptable. We ordered two coffees. The waiter brought them with a bill of 2.5 euros. You have to think a lot and read people's comments about this.

Location on outskirts of the city, if you like to visit the city you need a ride.
Very clean place, breakfast was lovely. Personel was very attentive and helpful
