Pros:

Unser Zimmer in der 5. Etage war angenehm gestaltet, sehr geräumig mit vielen Sitz- und Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die breite Fensterfront zur Rückseite des Hauses machte es schön hell.
Die Betten waren sehr groß, wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Zumal es von draußen selbst bei offenem Fenster sehr ruhig war.
Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Nichts zu meckern, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen, nur die Straßenbahn hörte abends recht laut.
Dass man einen Abend vorher ankreuzt, was man frühstücken möchte, finde ich sehr gut. Nur wäre es besser, wenn man die einzelnen Teile direkt ankreuzen könnte und nicht eine vorher bestimmte Zusammenstellung.
Die beiden zusammengestellten Betten rutschten immer wieder auseinander

Cons:

The breakfast was a great disappointment. Tasteless, sober. The breakfast was an experiment for a diet for a prison patient. Served: a glass of water, a rocky bread-bun and a slice of bread as hard as a stone. Is this the "bio part" of the hotel? Later on in my dreams, I got the feeling if I were part of a scientific experiment, how long can and will a guest endure this "breakfast"?

Prima Location für einen Aufenthalt mitten in Saarbrücken, gern wieder einmal.
Pros:

Schönes Biohotel mit nettem Personal in zentraler Lage mitten in Saarbrücken. Alles Wesentliche in Gehdistanz. Frühstück auf Vorbestellung - daher keine Verschwendung.

Cons:

Staubiges Mobiliar, ungeputzte Fenster, verkalkte Armaturen und Dachterrasse mit beschädigten Möbeln und toten Pflanzen - kein Drama, aber definitv verbesserungsfähig für den Gesamteindruck. Gebuchte Frühstücksoption war nicht verfügbar - Ersatz gab es erst auf ausdrückliche Nachfrage.

Excellent hotel in a very central location
Pros:

This is the best hotel I know in Saarbrücken. We had a spacious room on the top floor with a large balcony. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good. It's not a buffet, but more like in a B&B. You chose an option, but can request anything in addition for the same price.

Pros:

Staff incredibile, camera con affaccio su bellissimo cortile della chiesa. Colazione molto abbondante e posizione centrale. Il capolinea degli autobus è a due minuti a piedi e la stazione a 15 minuti a piedi.

Cons:

Niente da segnalare, forse qualche opzione in più disponibile nel pomeriggio dal bar o un distributore automatico quando la reception è chiusa
