Pros:

The beds were very comfortable, and the room was clean. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, which made the stay very pleasant. We also appreciated the good cornetti and hard boiled eggs served for breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach, and the possibility of checking in late was a big advantage. The hotel inside was quiet and peaceful, so it was easy to relax. A big plus was the balcony, which was very useful for drying beach towels and other things after spending time at the beach. The external shutters were also a great feature: at night, they helped reduce the noise from outside, while during the day they kept out the heat and prevented the room from getting too warm.

Cons:

The neighborhood can be quite noisy, but this is understandable given the hotel’s location close to the beach and the lively surroundings. Some of the hotel’s furnishings are a bit dated/worn out and would benefit from renovation and some refreshing. The main downside was the air conditioning, which was old, noisy, and not very efficient, making it difficult to cool the room properly. The breakfast selection was acceptable, but unfortunately, some of the ingredients seemed to be of rather low quality. Improving the quality of the breakfast products would make the overall experience much better!
