Es ist einfach perfekt. Die Wohnung ist wunderhübsch, komplett ausgestattet, ruhig trotz der Lage, Mariella ist toll und wir haben selten so gut gewohnt. Vielen Dank für dieses Kleinod! Wir kommen wieder.

Absolutely superb
Pros:

Staying at Boutique Residences Gaudenzdorfer is luxurious.
We felt welcomed and thoroughly spoilt. Mariella is a warm, thoughtful and generous host. The location is fabulous.

Wonderful place to spend the holidays.
Pros:

This place is in a historic building. Very modern and excellently maintained. We stayed there for 16 days. The host Mariella is always present in the building and looks after the wellbeing of her guests. She made sure we had a good time and did everything to make our stay great.(Like fixing the ceiling glass panels’ curtains etc.) There was wine,beer and chocolate to welcome us. Words can’t describe the high level of comfort we experienced when we stayed there. Will certainly stay there again if we visited Vienna in future.

Cons:

There’s nothing to complain about. 😊

I recomend it
Pros:

the apartment has great location and it is managed by a supertb host. we were able to use the electric charger as well. very close to subway station. the balcony is great after a long day.

Cons:

there is some traffic in front of the house, but double widows are sealing well. The garage entry is narrow, but I was able to park in with an Hunday Ioniq5 without issue.

Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.
Sehr ruhige Lage da Wohnung zum Innenhof.
U-bahn war gleich Nebenan.

Grossartiges, wunderschönes Appartement. Ein Erlebnis!
Pros:

Ein wunderschönes Appartement. Modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber.
Selbst Check In unkompliziert. Vom Vermieter gute Infos erhalten und er hat schnell auf Anfragen reagiert und war sehr hilfsbereit . Man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben.
Zimmer sehr modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Bequemes Bett. Küche gut ausgestattet.
Sehr leise Klimaanlage. Strassenlärm ist wegen der guten Fenster nicht zu hören.
Wenige Gehminuten zur U- Bahnstation. Man ist schnell mitten im Stadtzentrum. Einkaufsgeschäft ganz in der Nähe.

Wir würden immer wieder dort buchen!

Cons:

Wenn man ein Haar in der Suppe suchen würde... Für uns persönlich war die Verdunkelung mit dem Vorhang unzureichend. Wir haben eine Schlafmaske getragen, dann ging's.

Fantastic apartment which met all our needs
Pros:

After a month of travelling it was lovely to spend a few days in an apartment that felt like being at home.
We were greeted with a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers on the dining table, and a some nice little gifts to make us welcome.
The apartment was spotlessly clean, and very comfortable.
Access was easy, with good instructions about getting the keys and getting into the apartment.
Communication with the property manager was easy, and we felt that all our needs were met.

The beauty of an old historical building mixed with modern conveniences. Having champagne, cookies, and options for making expresso made our stay especially nice. After a long day of travel, accommodation for an early check in was very much appreciated. We were met with a gracious host upon our arrival!

Ev çok kullanışlıydı. İhtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Check-in ve check-out saatlerinde de yardımcı oldular. Ayrıca evde konaklama rehberi olması da işimizi kolaylaştırdı. Son olarak, konumu da tam istediğimiz gibi ulaşım hatlarına 5-6 dakika yürüme mesafesindeydi.

Pros:

Kiváló szállás. Tiszta, mindennel tökéletesen felszerelt. Modern és kellemes környezet, nagyon szép ház. Kellemes volt a teraszon is üldögélni. A zárt, saját parkoló is tökéletes. Közel voltak a közlekedési eszközök. Zökkenőmentes kulcsfelvétel és leadás. Szívesen visszajövünk még ide. :-)
