BOUTIQUE RESIDENCES at GAUDENZDORFER

Excellently planned. Guide is a must read. Reasonably close to trams and subway. Fantastic value for money especially if you are traveling with family.

Location is perfect, close to transport. The premises are clean, comfortable beds, spacious and well equipped kitchenette. Would come back.

We had excellent communication from the first booking to the arrival and even during our stay. Our host prepared everything and we were able to book parking, find the accommodation, enter the building, locate the keys and understand everything about our apartment easily and confidently. The block is delightful and elegant and the apartment is designed with comfort and flair. The bed was exceptionally comfy and huge. I especially liked the soft headboard, something often overlooked. The location was perfect for trams, buses, and trains and we used them all with a travel pass. There were shops, post offices, bank tills and everything needed locally and we were treated to goodies in the fridge on our arrival. Tea and coffee was aplenty, with great tea, coffee, toaster and cooking facilities should you want to cook. The booklet provided gave so much information before we arrived and then a further booklet in the apartment ensured that we could access everything that it had to offer. Simple things like not having to bring our own cleaning products or salt and pepper, were great touches and very much appreciated. Would come back again and again. Thank you. Forgot, great balcony, blinds, and outside area. Gosh, I could go on forever......

The property is centrally located to a metro stop and other public transportation. It was literally one block away. Going into town to see the sights was so easy.

The apartment is decorated and furnished so nicely--very modern and clean. There was a welcome surprise in the fridge by way of some sweets and a welcome drink. The patio is a definite bonus where we enjoyed an afternoon drink while taking in the sunset. The washing machine and clothes drying rack also came in very handy. The most helpful item in the apartment is an instruction book, full of pictures and clear info, on almost everything you need. Highly recommend, and you won't be disappointed!

They cater for everything, rooms are great, showers hot and kitchen has every appliance needed

Was close to our training facility, roads ok, easy to get around by car

Amazing well kept property in a beautiful historic building in a nice area. Looks even better than in the pictures! Has some conveniences we really appreciated: lift, private parking, self-service check in, and AC.

U- und S-Bahn-Haltestelle nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Sehr sauber und sehr gute Ausstattung. Bäcker und Supermarkt in der Nähe.

I had a wonderful stay at Gaudenzdorfer apartments. The place was spotless, comfortable, and well-located. However, the highlight of our trip was definitely the hostess. She was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. Her hospitality made our visit to Vienna even more special. Highly recommended to everyone, and we will definitely be coming back!
