Pros:

Nagyon szép elhelyezkedés, a szobák tiszták, folyamatosan takarítva. A reggeli széles választék, és változatos is volt. Wellness részleg jól felszerelt, külön jó, hogy van 16+-os terület is!

Cons:

Nagyon sok minden, csak szlovákul van kiírva, semmilyen más nyelven. Nagyon sok információ a szolgáltatásokról csak felszínes, és nehezen kideríthető. A wellness részt dicsértem, viszont az megdöbbentő volt, hogy a családok/gyerekek által is látogatható részen megengedett a "naturál megjelenés".

מלון במיקום מצויין בהרי הטטרה הגבוהים
Pros:

המיקום של המלון מעולה ממש על האגם וקרוב לכל האטרקציות בהרי הטטרה הגבוהים. הספא ממש נחמד כולל בריכה וג'קוזי. ארוחת הבוקר מגוונת. מיטות נוחות מאד. יש חניה.

Cons:

במקלחת לא היו סבון, שמפו וקרם גוף כמו שהייתי מצפה ממלון במחיר כזה.

Air conditioning would upgrade the experience

variety and design of pools/saunas facilities, laundry service.

Cons:

The largest drawback is the absence of air conditioning in the hotel. I would't book it if I knew it in advance, but i must admit I even didn't check for it when booking because I thought in a 4 star hotel air conditioning goes without saying
The staff told me that absence of air conditioning is a regular feature in local hotels because of their location in the mountains. Chatgpt partially confirmed this, saying even 5 star Kempinsky hotel in the area doesn't have it for the same reasons. However, several newly built hotels in the area are fully air conditioned. Therefore, I think older hotels should think of adding it also, due to recent years climate changes.

Also, the breakfasts are good, but could be more varied and tastier.

Finally, part of the staff barely can speak English and sometimes communication became a challenge.

Lokalizacja hotelu to doskonały wybór pod względem bliskości szlaków. Parking wliczony w cenę pobytu, rewelacyjna strefa spa 16+, absolutna cisza wokół hotelu - jezioro, góry

Cons:

Brak czajnika w pokojach, brak klimatyzacji chociaz do tego można się przyzwyczaić:)
