A szálloda szépen felújított, tiszta, kényelmes; a személyzet kedves, segítőkész. A 8. emeletről a hegyek felé mesés a panoráma. A reggeli-választék bőséges, kérésre a meleg reggelit a kívánt módon, helyben elkészítik.

Cons:

A reggelinél a kávégép 18 nyelvű menüvel rendelkezik. Minden, Szlovákiával szomszédos ország nyelve választható, illetve több európai illetve ázsiai ország nyelve is. Viszont a menüt magyar nyelven nem telepítették. Sokkal elegánsabb volna, ha a leghosszabb közös határrésszel rendelkező ország nyelve is helyet kaphatna azon a kávégépen...

Strefa welnes naprawdę ekstra, dużo saun, jacuzzi, czysto, ładnie, cicho. Pokój bardzo ładny.

A Great Stay in the Tatras!
Pros:

The room is very comfortable, breakfast is great and the wellness center is phenomenal!

Cons:

Location can be a bit far from the train station if you don't have a car. But not too bad if you like a bit of walking :)

Perfektný hotel na špičkovom mieste
Pros:

Zatiaľ ma tento hotel nesklamal. Chodievam tam do wellnessu, ten podľa mňa je výborný. Aj keď nie veľký, je to tam krásne, pohodlne vedľa seba skombinované. Vonkajšia fínska sauna má pri sebe hneď ochladzovací bazén. V bufete si môžete vybrať zo širokého sortimentu nápojov. Tentoraz sme bý vali až na siedmom poschodí, tieto izby boli vraj rekonštruované najdávnejšie, ale aj tak bola izba perfektná. Nič obšúchané, nič špinavé alebo zodraté. Pôsobí to stále bezchybne.

Cons:

Nenám žiadne výhrady.

heel lekker, uitgebreid ontbijt; vriendelijk en efficiënt personeel; mooie locatie; mooie (bad)kamer; goed bed; praktisch dat het toilet apart is en niet in de badkamer; mooi uitzicht op het meer; makkelijk parkeren vlak voor het hotel

Pros:

Gyönyörű környezetben van, a szobánk a hegyekre nézett, így sokkal gyönyörűbb volt a kilátásunk mintha a tóra nézett volna. Az étterem ablakából még őzikét is láttunk reggeli közben. Bőséges reggeli, sok lehetőséggel felszerelt Spa részleg, kedves személyzet. Nagyon jó ár-érték arány, csakis ajánlani tudom!

Cons:

A matrac kicsit kemény volt, a párnák töltete pedig már elhasználódott, laposak voltak, így azokra ráférne egy csere. Ezek ellenére jól aludtunk.
