Fabulous
Pros:

Property was great. location perfect , well maintained thou little dated. Property worked perfectly for us .. thanks

Cons:

Felt cooking utensils etc were minimal. Eg no microwave bowls , serving spoons and other items. This was hindrance that can easily be resolved. But never spoilt visit.

Pros:

Die Lage war super. Die Tiefgarage und der Aufzug waren sehr praktisch.

Cons:

Leider ist die Anlage sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt sehr viel ungepflegter, als auf den Fotos erkennbar. Dadurch passt das Preisleistungsverhältnis leider nicht mehr. Das Doppelbett war nur 1,40 breit und extrem hart und unbequem. Sonst war es einfach, zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber.

Noisy street (even with ear plugs), mixup at check in left us panicking while waiting for a response via booking.com
Some upgrades and fixes needed in the unit we stayed in. You need to turn on the hot water and wait for it to heat up. It’s basic.

Cons:

The number of towels supplied for a three day stay was a bit sparse. While reasonably well equipped the frying pan in the kitchen was missing a lid. Also, the fan and light over the cooktop was not functioning. Also the fridge/freezer could have used an ice cube tray.

Pros:

Good location, apartment was clean, and it included a parking spot.

Cons:

Not great for a big group due to the shower situation. You have to heat it up for an hour in advance of each shower. And the temperature is wonky during the shower.
2 of us got tons of mosquito bites each night while staying here.
The kitchen sink randomly didn't work on 2 occasions.

We had a pleasant stay, in the perfectly located apartment.
Pros:

Great location near restaurants and pubs and walking distance to the city centre.

Cons:

Remote control for the TV was missing.
There were only 3 wine glasses for 4 persons.
