Perfect for a night away, good location, lovely hotel
Pros:

The apartment was lovely, clean and spacious, staff were very friendly. There was lovely prosecco & treats on arrival a nice touch.

Cons:

We thought €25 for just one hour in the spa was quite expensive considering what we paid for the apartment.

For me, I walked to thatch pub (part of hotel) waited 10 mins to be served- to get a dreadful pint which I left behind me.
Back in hotel bar ordered fish and chips and got a tiny portion

A beautiful hotel. Rooms are comfortable, clean & spacious. Staff & service 10/10.
Pros:

We have stayed in your hotel numerous times. It never disappoints.
Our room was very comfortable, clean & spacious. All of the staff were very professional & attentive.
Excellent breakfast!

Cons:

We had dinner in Blake’s restaurant from the set dinner menu on Sunday evening. We have dined here in many occasions & our meal has always been exceptional.
Just one little issue, we both ordered halibut for main course, the halibut was overcooked & quite dry. It was served in a bouillabaisse sauce, which was more of a bisque consistency & not very flavoursome.
The lemon sole might have been a better choice.

Apart from this small issue the rest of our meal was lovely & breakfast was fantastic. The restaurant staff were very pleasant, helpful & attentive.

We didn’t use the spa on this occasion.

Overall I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing break. The staff, service, accommodation, decor, cleanliness & location are fantastic.

Lovely little getaway
Pros:

We were celebrating our anniversary and from the time we checked in we’re made feel great. Our room was fabulous with some chocolates left for us. We did the thermal suite which was the perfect way to relax and then had dinner in the bar. The food was very tasty and staff were friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend for a night away.

Pros:

Large spacious, 2 bed penthouse apartment with big balcony. Equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, sitting toom, 2 ensuite bathrooms, a laundry room and another toilet. Located within beautiful grounds. The hotel itself is lovely with very pleasant staff. Breakfast was fantastic. Delicious food with both buffet and wait service for a good choice of hot breakfasts.
I would happily return

Cons:

Only complaint was the twin room was very warm, though two fans didn't do much to help. This made it difficult to sleep. Air temp outside was only 18 degrees
