少し期待外れ
Pros:

部屋の広さや大浴場等は良かった

Cons:

空調の音が凄く大きかった、ウェルカムスイーツや食事もかなり期待して行ったけど値段の割に全て普通の感じでした

Une belle experience très immersive.
Pros:

Très beau Onsen. Les parties communes sont magnifiques. Un très bon buffet avec beaucoup de choix. Formule All inclusive. Tres beau jardin japonais.

Cons:

Quelques renovations sont a prevoir : peinture, sols, toilettes dans notre chambre avec une cuvette cassée.

マッサージ機の利用が出来尚且台数もあるので
いつ行っても使えたのがよかった

日常を離れたあたたかな癒し
Pros:

隅々まで利用者のことを考えたホテルで満足です。お風呂の脱衣所にベンチがいくつか用意されており、足の悪い家族もゆっくり着替えることができました。寝具も素晴らしかったです。

残念！
Pros:

食事が充実していた

Cons:

部屋に入った途端下水の匂いがしてフロントに言いに行った所承知していた様で，「対応はしたのですが」とのこと。空気清浄機が3台ありましたが対応しきれていませんでした。決して安くない宿泊費なのに、こんな部屋に通す事自体どうかと思います。楽しみにしていただけに残念でした。

Pros:

お料理も料理中のスタッフの対応もとてもすばらしかったです。
布団のセッティング(引っ張れば敷ける)にも、感激しました。
清潔感もあり、素敵なホテルでした。

Cons:

時間によって、飲み物がないときがあり、自販機があるとよかったかなと思いました。
全館禁煙で、外でしか喫煙できないのが辛かった。
