Pros:

El recepcionista fue super atento y nos informó de donde hacer el mejor cambio y de donde encontrar una tarjeta sim, además al día siguiente teníamos una excursión temprano (7am) y nos preparó el desayuno para llevar.

Cons:

I had to change room 3 times. My first room was right by the reception and was very noisy and there was no fan or air conditioning. The second room had a fan but it did not work and the third room, which I stayed in, had a broken TV but I was too embarrassed to complain again. The man at reception was nice and apologetic. However, when I told him I had a tour at 7am and had paid for breakfast, I requested he arrange something for me to pick up when I check-out. He put some packaged cakes in a bag that were disgusting. Overall, great location but do not recommend if wanting to stay somewhere decent.

El personal ha sido muy amable en todo momento, de esto no tengo ninguna queja.

Cons:

El cuarto de baño súper antiguo y en mal estado, la habitación en sí deja mucho que desear y el desayuno muy básico. Tuvimos dos días excursiones y el desayuno que nos dieron para llevar eran 4 magdalenas secas. Mi pareja se cortó el dedo y no tenían botiquín de emergencia.
