We had a wonderful stay, comfortable room, great breakfast and Laura is a gem!
Pros:

Location was perfect, right in City center.

Cons:

Overall very pleased but there are a lot of stairs to the top room. With that said, there is a small elevator and only two flights to the top floor. We were happy with the property.

Amazing value and location. Highly recommend!
Pros:

Amazing location. Breakfast was excellent and espresso bar with custom drinks were nice touch! Room was lovely- had a great view and was much quieter than expected being so close to duomo. Staff went above expectations to help recommend restaurants and attractions to see. Will absolutely be back again.

Cons:

Only 1 room key per room. Sometimes tricky with multiple family members.
