Important information:

The property has self-check in as an entry method. Access instructions will be sent to you once the deposit and tourist tax have been paid.

As of July 1st 2022, Andorra introduces a mandatory tourist tax for all people over 16 years old. The amount of the fee is €2.09 (The maximum amount will be 14.63 euros per person).


A damage deposit of €150 is required. The property will charge this a few days before arrival. It will be done by credit card. It will be returned to you upon check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by credit card once the accommodations has been reviewed. A link will be provided to make payment before the check-in date

LONG STAY reservation conditions more than 14 days:
- Deposit of €400 to be delivered to reception on the day the keys are handed over
- €45 CLEANING SUPPLEMENT FOR STAYS OF 14 NIGHTS OR MORE
- No noise is allowed from 22:00 to 08:00.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Pros:

Muy limpio, no le falta de nada. Muy buena ubicación, tranquilidad. Relación calidad - precio estupenda. Ideal para ir en familia.

Cons:

El primer día no tuvimos agua caliente a causa de una avería pero al día siguiente ya estaba solucionado. Por la noche se oye bastante el tráfico de los coches.

La ubicacion esta bien para estas fechas ( julio) , no hay gente casi y no esta muy lejos de andorra la vella .

Cons:

No habia gel de ducha al utilizar la ducha nada más llegar , Lo unico que faltaba !!! El resto todo limpio y en su sitio .

L'apartament estava bé, cap queixa. .força espaios per ser una apartament i equipat amb el necessari

Cons:

l'únic que per el parquin has de pagar a part i emm van dir que el carrer era impossible aparcar, coas que no era veritat.

Pros:

Комфортні та достатньо просторі апартаменти з балконом. Великий плюс це паркування ( за додаткову плату). Самостійна реєстрація і виїзд. На кухні є все необхідне.

Bien aunque se pueden mejorar algunas cosas.
Pros:

Edificio bastante nuevo y moderno, alejado del bullicio. Se puede aparcar bien en la misma calle. Muy limpio, y tiene todo lo que necesitas para una estancia bastante cómoda.

Cons:

Nos tocó el único apartamento que no tiene ni una sola vista... La habitación tenía a poca distancia un muro de contención, por lo que no entraba casi luz. Y por la ventana del comedor tampoco entraba mucha luz... Aunque tengo que decir que reservamos sólo una semana antes de nuestra llegada, por lo que quizá era el único que les quedaba libre...
El colchón de la cama de la habitación no era cómodo.
El olor fuertísimo a insecticida al llegar. Tuvimos que ventilar un buen rato.

Buenos apartamento
Pros:

El apartamento es muy cómodo, amplio y tiene todo lo necesario. Esta muy bien ubicado.

Cons:

El tráfico de la carretera que se oye si abres las ventanas.

Segunda vez y repetiremos seguro
Pros:

Es la segunda vez que vamos y nos encanta.
Grande, limpio...
Tiene de todo: tendedero, plancha ect...

Cons:

Está última vez en el balcón, solo teníamos sillas, nos faltaba la mesa.
Le hace falta un poco de mantenimiento de fontanería a las pilas y al wc
Antes el parking era gratuito y ahora es de pago
