Important information:

The property has self-check in as an entry method. Access instructions will be sent to you once the deposit and tourist tax have been paid.

As of July 1st 2022, Andorra introduces a mandatory tourist tax for all people over 16 years old. The amount of the fee is €2.09 (The maximum amount will be 14.63 euros per person).


A damage deposit of €150 is required. The property will charge this a few days before arrival. It will be done by credit card. It will be returned to you upon check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by credit card once the accommodations has been reviewed. A link will be provided to make payment before the check-in date

LONG STAY reservation conditions more than 14 days:
- Deposit of €400 to be delivered to reception on the day the keys are handed over
- €45 CLEANING SUPPLEMENT FOR STAYS OF 14 NIGHTS OR MORE
- No noise is allowed from 22:00 to 08:00.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

El apartamento está bien y es cómodo el problema que no hay ninguna persona recepción,llegas y hay una mini recepción y caja fuerte para cojer tus llaves, cdo llegue y tarde por tener problemas en el viaje me encuentro que no está mi sobre con mi nombre y mi apartamento, nadie me contestaba a un teléfono de contacto, era muy tarde y la verdad mala experiencia

Apartamento bonito y muy recomendado
Pros:

Apartamento.muy bien cuidado y bonito. La ubicación excelente, pudimos aparcar justo enfrente sin necesidad de tener que pagar el parking. La habitación era amplia y la cama cómoda y grande. Tiene dos cuartos de baño en perfectas condiciones, uno como bañera y lava.manos y el otro con WC y lava manos. La cocina está equipada con todo lo necesario. Lo recomiendo sin ninguna duda.ademas de económico.

Cons:

Eché en falta un horno y lavavajillas.
Tienes que dar un depósito de 150 euros, que curiosamente fue más que lo que pagamos por los días que estuvimos allí.

Comfortable stay with great service!
Pros:

The stay was very comfortable and pleasant overall. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the amenities provided were sufficient for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around and explore the area.

Cons:

The only downside was that the other guests within the property were frequently smoking, and the smell of smoke would enter our room. Because of this, we couldn’t keep the balcony doors open, which affected the overall comfort and view of our stay.
Apart from these issues, everything else was good.
