Pros:

L'ambiente, dalla reception alle camere, è curato nei minimi dettagli. Pulizia impeccabile, il personale e gentile e molto disponibile, ci siamo sentiti coccolati, ottimi i servizi presenti nella struttura. Ottima la colazione.

è facilmente raggiungibile e nonostante sia su una strada di passaggio, una volta entrati, si è catapultati completamente in un altro mondo...magico! la camera serpeverde è stupenda! 🤩 il prezzo mi ha stupito, è paragonabile ad un hotel qualsiasi, nonostante offra un'ambientazione veramente unica!

Tutto lo staff l hotel in se e pazzesco tutto a tema Harry Potter tutto davvero eccezionale da provare e riprovare

Ho trovato solo due cosa negativa che non e neanche una negatività però nei corridoi nel sala dove si mangia c'era troppa o freddo per via dei condizionatori accesi e il secondo la struttura e tanto distante dal centro di bergamo

Bellissima esperienza
Pros:

Hotel moderno e pulito, ampio parcheggio e staff gentilissimo. Imperdibile per gli amanti di Harry Potter,ma suggestivo per tutti. Molta attenzione ai dettagli sia per quanto riguarda gli arredi e la presentazione del cibo che per l'atmosfera in generale. Cocktail bellissimi e molto ben fatti, cibo ottimo, favolosa e ricca anche la colazione. È stata una bellissima esperienza!

The Harry Potter theme was outstanding. Realistic and magical.

Cons:

Breakfast needs to be reinvented, pre ordering before hand was disorganised and disappointing. A buffet style would be much better. Coffee and tea provided in the room but no milk. Extra pillows would have been nice.
