Good proximity to sea front. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Decor a bit tired, one room hadn't been cleaned. Confusion at breakfast as we couldn't have a dog in the main dining area but there wasn't a table for three in the dog friendly room.

Very basic hotel need updating.

Was really handy and close to the beach and good value for money
Pros:

Great location, easy booking in, breakfast was good, plenty of space to relax in. next door to a small park where dogs are allowed. Great with dogs

Cons:

room was way too hot, corridors were cool, may have been as I was on the side of the building. Car park is tight

Staff were excellent however, do not feel able to recommend the hotel.

Nothing like I was expecting
Pros:

The staff were amazing. I lost count of the time I heard them saying to guests "No problem" There was a genuinely warm welcoming vibe. The staff attending the breakfast rooms were super efficient and really went that 'extra mile'
