Hotel primitor.
Pros:

Locatia hotelului foarte buna, personalul amabil, mancarea buna. La baie va sugerez schimbati cada cu cabina de duș este mai confortabila si mai sigura, mai trebuie si un suport de prosop.

Cons:

Nu mi-a placut la baie cada foarte incomod de folosit.

Micul dejun continua in acelasi stil dezorganizat, dpdp al amplasarii meselor si spatiilor de trecere. Preparate de calitate modesta, personal subdimensionat, organizare deficitara. Poate ca ar trebui sa se renunte la bufetul suedez, oricum nu f ofertant ca diversitate, pt servire la mese (apropo, mesele mari rotunde de nunta sunt inadecvate, iar igienizarea lor in timp real ramane mai curand un deziderat) in conditii mai bune de organizare.

Camere extrem de mici, cartela a trebuit sa o schimbam de 4 ori pentru ca nu functiona , la baie mirosea urat , apa nu avea presiune iar dusul era stricat , efectiv tasnea apa peste tot. Personalul de la receptie lasa de dorit de asemenea. Am avut rezervate 3 camere , 2 duble superiore si o twin superioara si am primit 3 duble , cand am incercat sa le spun la receptie nu am fost bagat in seama. Deci NU recomand. Piscina mica , murdara , jacuzzi ul mirosea ingrozitor si nu functiona decat o parte , sauna la fel veche si nefolositoare. In afara de locatie nu mi a placut absolut nimic.

Vom reveni.
Pros:

Am prelungit sederea cu doua zile. Vecinatatea parcului central este un aspect deosebit. Piscina. Micul dejun pe terasa. Am mai stat inainte de renovare.

Cons:

Ar fi nevoie de o parcare proprie. Exista cea publica, am prins zilele cu etapa de raliu in coasta si nu am avut acces auto doua zile.

Am stat o singură noapte la acest hotel, rezervarea fiind făcută prin Booking.

La check-in ni s-a spus că vom primi camera rezervată la etajul 3. După ce am primit cartela, recepționerul ne-a spus că nu mai putem sta acolo deoarece la etajele 2 și 3 s-a dat cu soluție împotriva gândacilor și ne-a mutat la etajul 1. Am plătit mai mult tocmai pentru o cameră cu o priveliște mai frumoasă, așa că situația nu mi s-a părut corectă, însă am acceptat inițial.

Când am ajuns în cameră și am ieșit pe balcon, am constatat că exact sub balcon era gunoi. Pentru mine acest lucru a fost inacceptabil, așa că am mers la recepție și am spus că dorim să plecăm.

Abia atunci ni s-a oferit din nou o cameră la etajul 3. Recepționerul ne-a spus că sigur nu vom sta acolo deoarece miroase puternic a soluție și chiar ne-a propus alte două camere la etajul 1, ca să alegem una. Am mers să vedem camera de la etajul 3 și nu mirosea deloc a nicio soluție. Mai mult, pe etaj erau și alți turiști cazați, iar dintr-o cameră se auzea televizorul. Am avut impresia că am fost plimbați inutil aproape jumătate de oră prin hotel și că explicația primită nu a fost sinceră.

Un alt aspect care m-a dezamăgit este faptul că piscina se închide la ora 21:00. Acest lucru nu este menționat pe Booking, iar pentru un hotel de acest tip mi se pare un program prea scurt. La alte hoteluri la care am fost, piscina era deschisă până mai târziu.

Per total, experiența a fost dezamăgitoare, nu din cauza camerei în sine, ci din cauza modului în care a fost gestionată situația la recepție și a lipsei de transparență.

DA pentru locatie!!

Locatia: perfecta! Patul foarte confortabil.

Cons:

La intrarea la checkin am gasit 2 gandaci in hol! Apoi nu exista niciun carlig sau bara de a agata prosoapele langa chiuveta sau hainele pe care le scoti de pe tine pentru a face dus!! Unde ar trebui sa le asezi?? Personalul de la receptie, mobilierul din lobby si mic dejunul au ramas ancorate in vremuri demult apuse...

Cons:

Bathroom is way to dated and requires serious renovations, water pressure is low. It is unimaginable that such an hotel kept the initial bathrooms when renovating the rooms.
Breakfast was chaotic
And restaurant, we took dinner there and the food was poorly cooked, way overdue oil etc.
Also number of carpets are not giving at all impression of cleanliness

Во первых за 100€ номер что довольно не мало ты не получаешь даже wi-fi потому что его нет в номере от слова совсем,нет интернета и на телевизоре,когда заезжаешь за такие деньги в отель нет ни одной бутылки воды бесплатной как в других отелях,человек с дороги пить хочет ее просто нет,даже просто платной в мини баре нет,така мини бар полностью пустой нечего выпить и съесть с дороги!!!
Оказалось что еще и спа отдельно платишь,заезжаешь в отель за такие деньги еще и спа плати отдельно,ванная вся поцарапана какие то остатки,плюс шумоизоляция окна вообще нет ее все что за окном грохот Бассов с клуба слышно
