The rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff is courteous and does everything to help you.
The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is courteous and helpful. The hotel is almost centrally located with ample parking. Overall a warm experience in Mandu.
There are very few issues but the food quality needs to be slightly improved and to be honest should provide a complimentary minimum 2 bottles rather than only 1 per room.
The Room is okay nothing more than that is okay..
The room is not ready when i get checkin the resort
the checkin time is 2 pm still the room is not ready and no amenties
Such a lovely relaxing place with comfortable rooms & outdoor seating.
We were lucky to have a family of architects in the room next door for one night who could explain the 'tribal' architecture to us (we had read about it in the reviews. It is very special.
The staff were friendly & helpful but the 'piece de resistence' was the excellent in-house chef (also mentioned in the reviews). We really enjoyed being able to study the menu & choose dishes we never see on NZ menus & the food did not disappoint!
The only thing really was it would have been nice if our outdoor table (where our meals were served) was wiped down regularly.
The cook Lakhan was exceptionally good. He was efficiently handling cooking and serving. Was a very pleasant guy.
If others would have helped the guy would have been wonderful. They were astonishingly sleeping till 8am.
The best stay of all my MP trip that I had, the host was friendly and even guided us through the history what he knew...
My parents stayed in the property. They were extremely happy with the hospitality of the staff members.
Nothing to mention.
Only exterior...
Four beded room had only one bath. The other toilet was just conveyed in to second bathroom.
Lot of drainage smell.
Photos on net don't describe the exact interior.
For two people, it's ok...
Point central pour les visites.
Restauration sur place possible et les plats sont bons avec des portions généreuses.
Accueil un peu froid. Timidité ?
The place is spotted away from any noise so it's a great place if you want to charge batteries. The room is beautiful, clean an comfortable. Great food and helpful staff.
No card payment available, just cash.
Home made cuisine
a bit far from city center
Pros : the staffs were nice, and the complementary (local) breakfast was nice.
Cons : The location is not great - if you are visiting Mandu for the first time, you may find difficulty to locating this property!
The cleanliness is not great, the towels are not properly cleaned, so are the bedsheets (few strains here and there).
The toilets are not properly cleaned either.
The staff was extremely hospitable and kind.
The rooms were very cute and tidy
Food was delicious and qualitative.
A perfect home away from home.
This is a quaint attempt to replicated a tribal house with earthen walls , rough finish and Dung floors outside on the balcony and its a nice change from the usual concrete. Amenities are upto date and clean with wrt the washrooms and in room facilities like a kettle and supply of tea coffee . 2 cottages are airconditioned and the one to go for ideally. They have dormitory sleeping and a large family room on offer. Food is home cooked and vegetarian. Ideal to have own transport as its a bit outside the main hustle and bustle. The night sound and light show is not to be missed and good idea is to get a guide to show you the sites . Great for a one nights stay with a day spent exploring before moving onto Maheshwar.
Its newly started and run as a one man show so that can be a bit of a problem when full. Food should include some non veg fare like eggs for breakfast . Some housekeeping could be looked into as a fellow traveller felt the sheets where not changed.
