Conveniently located, friendly staff
Pros:

It's located in a small alley off Bui Vien street which is famous for its vibrant nightlife and a food paradise so it's very convenient yet the place is not so noisy at night as it's tucked away in the alley. I used a hop-on hop-off bus for a day and the bus stop was right there :) You don't need to go far to get food as the ground floor of this place offers light meals and so many restaurants and eateries are on and around the alley.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

It was ok as the rate was really reasonable but it would've been good if the toilet and the shower area were partitioned so that the water from the shower wouldn't wet the toilet.

A lovely place to stay
Pros:

Really good experience in this small hotel so that we felt very comfortable in that place. The decoration is nice and is going to be even better after the renovation they have started doing.
The location couldn’t be better : quiet place in a small street full of restaurants and really close to the mane streets.
The manager is very welcoming and gave us tips for our stay : always a pleasure to have a chat with him

Bathroom is fine but a bit small
